I was eagerly awaiting this special book release. 2 1/2 years ago my whole life changed. For 16 years I worked as a palliative care nurse - and I loved my job! But due to the heavy lifting over the years a severe back condition developed in my middle back. Until I had to undergo an emergency back surgery. Since then everything has changed. I need a wheelchair and assistance, am unable to work and have to deal with lots of pain daily - even with morphine. During this time of adjusting I developed sometime pretty severe anxiety - and also depressive episodes. I am so grateful that I am on a good way with lots of support. Yet I am really excited to further let go of depression and anxiety with this special book. I know it works - I am able to walk a bit which doctors call a miracle. Habe die Übungen im Buch und die online Videos, die aus dem Buch durch links im Internet führen sofort gemacht. Die online Videos geben genaue Anleitung inform von Animationsvideos, die alles genau zeigen. Es war sofort im Herzen spürbar dass ich etwas ändert. Ich habe mich nach einer halben Stunde schon selbst heilen können und mache die Übungen nun täglich. Was für ein Schatz für die Selbstheilung von Angst und Depression.
