Needs refinement
Shipped extremely fast, actually arrived in about 24 hours. All the parts were included and was well packaged. Installation was extremely simple and the blub seal went on easily. My only issue with this part is that is it obviously designed for the XMR. For the other models the cutout along the bottom is not needed and because of the cutout the bulb seal doesn't contact the cab until it is completely tight. This causes the bottom of the window to buckle in to create a seal.There needs to be a version for non-XMR models. All that would be needed is to remove the bottom notch and it would be a perfect fit.Update: 2/16/2023Taking away 1 star because while riding yesterday it started to rain and I found that where the rear sliding window assembly was installed into the poly there is absolutely NO weather-strip of any kind. Any water around the frame of the slider simply runs right into the cab. I can't believe they use a pretty decent bulb seal for the main window and then put nothing around the slide frame. I will have to remove the frame and add a seal myself. This would have cost the manufacturer literally penny's to do during production. Very poor design!!

Nice fit
Fits perfectly and the installation was fairly easy. Looks great and I love the sliding glass.

All the brackets not in package glass will fit but can not install lack of brackets
All of hardware not in package hardware missing
