CAR AUDIO - READ THIS
If you're looking at these for car audio, 0 gauge 5145 strand ofc wire, THAT IS AN OVERSIZE WIRE! You need these 2/0 guage terminal lugs to fit that wire. I wish someone would have told me this, i had to figure it out for myself.THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for car audio applications offset foot pad allows it to lay down flat. And if you got more than one going to a bolt and there's room you can put the foot cats back to back and they still lay down flat on each other. HIGHLY RECOMEND the adhesive lined shrink tube to use with this also HIGHLY RECOMEND getting using the hydraulic crimper not a hammer crimper. The hydraulic crimper makes you crimp look clean and professional. I got the 16 ton. The $50 i spent on that crimper was money well spent because of how easy it is to use and how much crimping force it exerts on the lugs. And when you're done with your project you can rent it out to your friends and get your money back!

Good Quality
While not quite superconducting, my fusion reactor did put out a few more millions of neutrons a second after I used these in my prime off-grid solar system. (And I'm not even making that up...)

Very high quality!
I have purchased a few different brands and they all ended up being pretty cheap. If you are looking for nice thick copper connectors, then these should do the trick. They crimp just fine and provide a solid connection. Add with them some adhesive shrink tubing, and you'll have a connection that will last.I purchased the version for 6AWG wire which fit perfectly with the wire I have.Pros:Nice thick copperStill easy to crimpPlenty of copper left around bolt holeEasy flared end to help with getting wire into holeCons:None

Good/bad review for 2/0 awg and 4 awg lugs.
Review for bare copper 2/0 awg lugs and 4 awg lugs. The good:Made from decently thick copper tubing (.045" wall for the 2/0 awg and .035" for the 4 awg.) Which means that there is enough material to hold the hex crimp well past the mil spec AND nasa pull test ratings. (Buy a hex crimper and stop using those impact 'dimpler' things.)Closed construction. Once crimped, simply cover with a dual wall adhesive shrink tubing and the cable is protected from corrosion.Nice large pad for good clamping surface. The bad:None really. Will buy again when needed.Addendum: If you are used to working with tweco brand lugs for 2/0 awg cable, there IS a huge size difference between those and the selterm lugs. See photo. Top is tweco. Bottom is selterm. Both perform well though and are just a heads up - not a product quality comparison.

Excellent Quality
Completed the Big-3. Ordered the 1/4 eyelet by accident. It wasn't large enough for the alternator stud and battery piggyback bolts. The 3/8 was perfect. This fit 4 AWG wire perfectly. I crimped with a hammer crimping tool and added solder after. These are nice and heavy. Can't beat this deal compared to about $4 for a pair at Pep Boys!

Hard to find, but worth it.
I ordered these to fit on fuse panel that I installed inline of an auxiliary 12V system in my RV. The fuse panel input studs were metric and 1/4" ring terminals left a little too much space for my liking. It took quite a bit of searching but I was able to find these that accept 8 gauge wiring. While I could have used 1/4" ring terminals the fit on the stud with these is much better than 1/4".They crimped easily enough with a hand held ratcheting crimper and I was not able to pull them off by hand. The copper is plenty thick enough for anything at 40A or below.I checked to see if had any voltage drop through the terminal and it was dead on whether I tested bare wire or the ring terminal. So the voltage drop was so minuscule my multimeter could not detect it.Down side is they are a little pricey compared to other suppliers of these types of terminals, but it looks like they are one of the few players in the game that offer this size wire gauge in a #10 ring size. Supply and demand type thing....

Very good quality at a reasonable price.
These lugs are quite well made. I crimped them onto welding cable used for interconnects for my solar battery system. I use a simple die crimper that uses a few hammer blows to make the connection. Be sure that you are not shy about getting the lug properly around the cable.I recommend using glue-coated heat shrink tubing over the connection for additional mechanical strength and to keep moisture and things like battery acid from getting inside the joint.Filling with solder is not necessary as it can be with other lugs.Enjoy!

too big!
4awg connectors fit nicely on 2 awg cable. and float on 4awg cable. 2 awg connectors float on 2 awg cable. using a hexagonal crimper leaves so much extra material the connector gets distorted and chunks of extra material bunches up. they seam well made but are massively oversized on all cables i have and have bought.

Value for money
No downside with this product, they take 10mm heavy duty cable, excellent highly recommend.

Great quality, much better than the cheap types

Pretty light...
Used 4 gauge ...they were a little lighter than i usually work with, without a lot of material around the edges of the hole. They crimped a bit too easy. I used them for trolling motor batteries that wont have a lot of high amperage. I wouldnt recommend for higher draws like starter cables or in areas subjected to to the elements...not a lot of meat to begin with, any corrosion at all around the lug and they would fail.

Good product. Maybe too heavy duty for some applications.
Worked as intended. Note: These are super heavy duty copper and need a special crimper. Regular wire crimper won't do the job. If your using these for car audio, these work but are probably not what you are expecting. They are really solid and also quite bulky. Real quality product but understand this isn't just your regular ring terminal like you'd find in the electronics section of your local hardware store.
