C’est notre deuxième tondeuse, car notre terrain est vraiment grand. C'est un appareil formidable ! J'ai 4000m² de pelouse et elle ressemble à un parcours de golf. Quand l'une des tondeuses a été endommagée au printemps, le service de réparation a été très efficace. Ils ont pris en charge l'expédition et la réparation, m'informant par courriel à chaque étape, avec possibilité de communiquer avec les techniciens. Finalement, Huguette (oui, nos tondeuses ont des noms 😉) a été réparée de manière professionnelle et fonctionne parfaitement bien. N'hésitez pas à acheter ce produit, vous n'aurez plus à vous inquiéter pour votre pelouse.

I would like to thank Gardena, both for their robot lawn mower and their support. I’ve had the little guy for about a month now, (maybe a little longer). I chose to bury both barrier and guide wires. My advice, follow the instructions and examples “to the letter” in regard to these wires. I had issues getting the robot to recognize which end of the guide wire its charge station was located. Always went to the opposite end. Gardena rep put me straight supplying both pictures for examples and written directions A huge helping hand. Since then, have put my little buddy through a continuous gauntlet of 12 hour shifts, every day. I slackened that regimen today with complete confidence it can handle the task without flaw. 👊👊👊👍😁 The reason for only a 4 star rating is simply because I believe Gardena’s techs should be able to program their awesome lawn mower to connect directly to one’s WIFI router rather than just Bluetooth on one’s cell phone. Yeah, it’s that good! Just my opinion ……. awesome lil’buddy, thank you Gardena!!!! Very much appreciated 😉

Erreur dans la description, ne fait que tourner en round, il gaspille sa charge à retourner sur la base, si vous n’avez pas de gazon et beaucoup d’argent, il est fait pour vous.… Dans la description. C’est écrit, échangeable, et retournable. C’est complètement faux, après des dizaines d’appels et de courriel avec Amazone…. Rien à faire j’ai toujours chez moi cette tondeuse inutile à 1200$…. Je me suis fait avoir solide.

I purchased this mower 2 weeks ago. It arrived without any connectors and joiners which I only figured out after setting up 200m of perimeter wire which was not enough. By the way, 16200sqft is 1505sqm. That's 50x30m if your yard is a perfect rectangle with no trees or obstacles. There is only 200m of perimeter wire. So good luck with that. July 2, 2023 update. I returned the mower last month. UPS recorded delivery of the unit. My refund has not been processed. Currently on second phone call to Amazon. If you buy it, I hope it works flawlessly.
