I love these, I started with the sleep mints and they worked so well I decided to try these. As an anxious girly who gets overstimulated, the honey flavor is light and refreshing and they truely do give you a sense of calm. Will be repurchasing these and the sleep variety!

I struggled a bit at first to figure out where this product fits in my daily Neuro and supplement strategy. I've used just about all of their stuff, really enjoy their memory and concentration gum, night aid is pretty good as well. This calm and clarity is my go to before high stakes meetings. In puts me in a zone that as its name implies, calm and clear. It's something you have to experience to truly understand but it's definitely not a placebo effect.

I thought 1 mg dosage was too low for more severe sleep issues, but for light sleep support, these mints are a great option. They’re portable and can easily fit into any nighttime routine , help with stress I can definitely tell the help it's been. I feel a lot more highlighted and more focused.. I highly recommend this product to anyone seeking an effective supplement. It's a fantastic way to get your L-theanine, GABA, vitamin D3, and other essential nutrients. These are OK. They do have a heavy, heavy honey taste. I felt no different as far as being calm. They do have some little ridges which you can kind of run your tongue over and fidget with. The tin that they come in is very cute. It’s like, when it’s empty you want to try and find something to do with it because it’s adorable. For the price, I would not buy them again. This was a curiosity buy.

**Update** I used to chew gum while studying and then chew the same gum during the exams. This time I used this to study and took them during at exam. My grades improved! Idk if it's a placebo or not, but I don't want to know. It worked and that's all that matters to me. I am in Nursing School, my last year, and as a student I've been having a lot of stress. A few break downs. Test anxiety. The works. I am trying to find something to help take the edge off. I get to the point where I can't focus because I have so much stress and anxiety. I will read a question five times because my brain is blocking it out. I want to use this as a study aid and exam aid. Just calming down. I will update this in November 2024, I want to give it a month to see if it impacts my grades at all. I know it won't directly impact them, I'm meaning if I have any improvement. That's how I'm measuring the success here. I'll add if it also just makes daily like easier as well. Like studying. Taste is good, nothing special. I like how compact the containers are, so I can put them in my clinical and class bags. It's at 4 stars because I can't really rate it fully yet. In a month I'll come back.

Ok this gum is so interesting! I helps calm you without making you sleepy. Better than alcohol with negative side affects but just a nice sense of calm and peace in your body with natural ingredients. The gum had a mild, calming flavor, which was quite soothing. Within about 20 minutes taking the gum, I started to feel noticeably more peaceful even with my normal busy schedule. The blend of natural herbs seemed to take effect quickly without any side affect later the next day. What I appreciated most was how convenient it was compared to traditional pills or drinks. I wish that I could have chewing it longer, but it served its purpose. Also, the gum was a bit softer than expected, which made it feel like it might dissolve too quickly.
