Great rack. Excellent customer service. Came with no keys. They were right on it. Had Keys in hand within days.

Perfect size and well built. Wheels are really smooth. For the price it's pretty good. It did come with a dent in the front, but I'm sure the seller would have fixed or replaced it no problem. Amazon offered a discount which I gladly took and I'll bang out the dent myself. Very happy with the customer support. The rack will come mounted on a pallet relative to its size, so make sure you have the tools to rachet it off the pallet. With that said, you might have to do that so it can fit through a normal door so it doesn't sit outside.

This unit is worth the price tag. It came in perfect condition, bolted to a pallet. It feels well made and I am satisfied with the purchase.

This is a great rack. Very solid and sturdy. I like that both sides come off. I do wish the doors would optionally come off, but this is by no means a deal breaker... at least not for me.

The unit is structurally sound, but the locks are cheap and the "E" clips are horribly fragile. Two of them snapped during installation. Very annoying! The E clips are what give the door hinge springs tension (see the right hand side of the attached image, where the spring ends).

This rack arrived assembled. All I needed to do is configure it for the servers to be installed in it. The rack is bolted down to a wood pallet for shipping. It arrived in perfect condition.

This thing is big, sturdy, and I have every confidence that I could fill it with UPS and it would take it. But it's big and heavy. Make a plan in advance! If you don't have to move it over any steps, you'll be happier for it. It is very adjustable and running my homelab very happily.

this rack arrived by freight and the driver was kind enough to help me move it on to my deck so I could remove it from the pallet. I was able to condense my full 48u rack down into the 18u rack which made things much cleaner and I am able to move it around the room if needed. I added some top fans and a AC infinity controller to help draw some hot air out. I highly recommend this cabinet. At 30 inches deep it wont fit my Dell R610 with the rear door attached since the server is 31 and a half inches deep, Not a deal breaker but I didn't properly measure everything I had.
