I bought the Northern Galaxy Light Aurora Projector for my Great granddaughters birthdays. They turned 10 and 11 years old. They both loved it. I was surprised at the beauty and deep colors it projected. It’s Bluetooth compatible and the speakers are very good. They love to turn it on and play their favorite music as they drift off to sleep. It has a timer to automatically go off at the set time. Both girls were thrilled with their gifts. Buy it!!

This is so worth the money! It’s beautiful and bright and fun to watch. I bought it for my kid’s room, but honestly love it so much for myself. It’s a really small device, and doesn’t take up tons of space. I clearly didn’t read the description all the way because I was looking for the light projector function, but what I got was even better! It has a Bluetooth speaker function so you can play music from your own phone! So cool. I’d say the speaker quality is so so. Not the best speaker ever but good enough to enjoy the light experience. The pre recorded sounds for the sound machine portion are a very repetitive 5 seconds that play over and over… but that didn’t bother me enough to deduct a star, because i bought it for the light show and it serves that purpose well. Then add in that I can play my own music— even better! In my opinion it is definitely worth the money! 12/10 I would buy it again!

I bought these for my office. I work in a school and I have students in and out of my office and I have mood lighting and fidget toys so they can calm down while they are there. The first picture is in my office, the light on, during the day, after I took down my mood lighting and curtains and began packing up my office for the summer. Super cool, even in bright light. The second picture is at night. I brought it home for my children to use over the summer. Very bright! The kids love it. You can adjust all the colors, the speed, the brightness. And you can use bluetooth for music and control it from the remote control. There is also a 1 hour and two hour timer. Over all, very happy.

I really love this little light. I find it very soothing and the patterns appear to be random so your mind won’t try to track them. If I have trouble sleeping, I love watching the blue and green and it has actually helped me get to sleep several times. There is are vibrant reds, vivid blues and greens and soft pastels. I wish it had a dimmer switch but maybe that would not work. Sometimes when you go to the “mode” setting, the patterns appear jerky but just switch to the blue, green, red, or white and then go to “mode” and that will stop it. Best to just play with the remote to see the variety of colors and patterns. It also has sleep sounds which are ok and you can hook up your phone or iPad for music. I’m 68 and I use it every night just to shut down my mind from today’s crazy world. It helps.

Omg, this is probably the best northern lights projector/mimic ever!!! Absolutely worth the money and such great value for the price. It has so many features, including 4 different light modes, stars or no stars, adjustable movement speed, and Bluetooth phone connection. The remote works really well, and the timer options for 1 or 2 hours are super convenient. You can also control the music volume through it. The music is not extremely loud, but sounds good enough in a quiet room and creates a really relaxing vibe. One thing to note is that it has to stay plugged in since it does not work on batteries. Also, it cannot really be used as a Bluetooth speaker by itself. But overall, it looks amazing and works beautifully. Very aesthetic and perfect for setting the mood for a relaxing evening. If placed in the center of the room, it can cover almost the entire bedroom ceiling beautifully. There are also options to increase or decrease the brightness, which is a nice touch. The remote works smoothly, but only when aimed directly at the sensor. If the angle is slightly off, it does not respond well unlike a TV remote, so the signal capture is not very strong. The only other downside is adjusting the projector angle for certain positions can be a little inconvenient.

The light pattern options aren't great. Out of all of them, I only liked one. The projector itself looks very cheap so I assume it won't last long, but still wish they had better options for viewing. Have not used the Bluetooth settings, so can't comment on that. Will say though, the lighting is not great for your eyes when you are trying to fall asleep - you need to be put the projector at a distance where you can't see it or else looking at the light shooting up from it really hurts the eyes.

Love it. Does need to be more centered in the middle of the room for the full ceiling effect, if you place it close to a wall it will not cover the whole ceiling, just a portion and a portion of the way. But it still is very beautiful, works wonderfully, can play music it through it. Also the stars are only one color, you can't change the color of the starts just the Aurora.

I love being able to customize my aurora colors each night. This projector is great but can get glitchy depending on the brightness. I also wish that the stars were blue instead of green. Besides that, great purchase!

Super light! I purchased it for my daughter on the autism spectrum. She loves it and it relaxes and calms her. Various colors, one can change the speed and the brightness. The sounds can be switched on and off. Can recommend!

This light is so cool! As an adult, I need one for myself!!! I bought this as a gift for a baby's room.
