Love this. It was hard to find a zinc picolinate with copper, but this one is exactly what I was looking for, and it's not super expensive. This is the best form of zinc for absorption, and unlike other zinc I used to take, this one doesn't make me nauseous after I take it. Great find!

I am accustomed to taking chelated zinc in a tiny capsule, however when copper is added it is in a tablet form, about the size of a tylenol tab (because hardly anyone takes aspirin these days). I just started taking them, but I can report there are no untoward responses.
