Reintroduced me to bands
Good short introduction to band exercise. Aimed primarily at the complete beginner, intermediates and advanced users might be disappointed.The instructions are simple and easy to follow! The exercise illustration are a bit small, but my eyesight isn’t the best.Enjoyed the read, would recommend for complete beginners but not more advanced band users

Great book for anyone with balance issues, especially Seniors.
I really love this book. It combines all the exercises that I was taught in PT over many years. (I am 74). The text material is simple and straightforward. It also explains the reason behind the exercises. The exercises focus on each part of the body that are important to balance. If you are having balance issues, and you are not a senior, this book will work for you. Couldn't recommend it more highly!

easy read with great explanations as to balance exercises
WE HAVE NOT READ IT ALL YET BUT THE PICTURES ARE VERY EXPLICIT AND EASY TO UNDERSTAND. VERY LARGE PRINT FOR SENIORS WHO ARE THE ONES BUYING THIS BOOK)VERY PLEASED TO HAVE IT .LEARNING STARTS TOMORROW...!!!
