Does not keep cold (stored improperly?)
Ordered 2 of these and both have chunky inside material that does not hold the cold for very long. I have a number these that I bought in CVS years back and they have gel inside that stays cold for hours. I get the impression these were not stored properly and the inside got ruined. If it had only been one then I would just shrug it off, but 2 out of 2 are worthless from amazon.
