The front pocket is great for holding my phone or other small items, and it stays dry inside. The bottle keeps my water cold, and there were three lids to pick from. I like the lid with the straw so it's easy to drink from, and that lid also has a hole on the other side if you don't want to use the straw part. The shoulder strap is thick and comfortable, none of the lids I've tried have leaked at all. The shorter handle is handy for carrying it around when I'm not going far.
