Ade Advanced Optics HG54G Strobe Laser Sight for Pistol Handgun, Green or red.

I use this on my 10/22 Bull Pup. Following with the Pup's purposeful, compact size, I wanted something as small as possible. This is perfect! I see a few poor reviews for this laser. Most of which I feel were due to a manufacturers defect that unfortunately is inevitable with any product. The fact the consumer feels shorted, as a result of their failure to act or improper use, is the fault of the buyer, not the product. As a life long toolmaker, now clockmaker, I'm totally impressed by every aspect of this remarkable unit. The size, the price, the brightness/function, construction and ease of use. Even mounted to the top rail, it's rock solid and stays right where you zero it. Hopefully my happiness will be long lived. So far, so good.

Laser is small but feels well made. laser brightness is on par with other green lasers. adjustment screws are tight and have a audiable click when turned,this I really like,but what I am a little concerned about is the mounting. the clamp is really small and there is no crossbolt to act as a recoil buffer just two small spring loaded pins that set in the groove and against the forward face of the picatinny rail. Time will tell if it holds up. All in all I like it so far.

Added top mount pica tinny rail mount to Mossberg 590 Shockwave. Had the snap on green optic sight for daytime and low light use, works great. Considered adding trijicon but got thinking, would prefer a green dot to point to intended target. More secure than guessing where end of shotgun is pointing. This item for price is excellent. mounted right on the new top rail. Perfect size with low profile. Had solid green, stays on and strobe. Nice bright green dot. Used a Boresight to zero in across house, one end to the other. Only small adjustments were needed to zero in green dot to cover boresights red dot, spot on. Replaced stock plastic safety with ProComp steel version. Works 100% better. Now I can pick up the Shockwave, rack slide (if needed) take off safety and with same smooth action press left or right buttons to turn on green laser. I zeroed the dot in daylight in the house and it is intense green. Night time will be awesome. Also waiting on aftermarket part to ad front flashlight mount to Shockwave, then it will be complete. Also highly recommend adding the Talon grip to the Shockwave. Textured rubber is more secure than the stock plastic bird head grip. I am not a gunsmith, only have done very minor things to firearms. Installing top rail and this green dot was easy and everything fit excellent. See photos. In case I forgot to mention, was not fond of the small gold bead sight. Makes me wonder where end of barrel is. Added a snap on green optic which alights against front of barrel near bead, also low profile. Give me option to immediately confirm where end of shotgun is. Makes aim easy during daylight and low light. After dark, will have small flashlight on barrel end if needed. But honestly, if I had an intruder, I firmly believe that if I racked the slide and pointed a bright green dot their way, they would change their mind quickly. I think total for all upgrades was $125

The construction of this laser is solid. It has some heft to it but it's not "heavy". Simple controls, 3 settings (off/on/strobe) and it is quite bright! Well worth the money. Only "thing" is the battery. Buy some spare batteries as the battery life is only 1 hr (constantly on). Giving 4 stars until I find out if it will hold its zero. If it does, I will update and 5 stars!

This green laser performs very well, is easy to sight in, and holds zero. The laser is as strong and clear at 25 to 35 yards as one that I have in a Streamlight TLR7. This unit is compact, easy to mount, and intuitive to use.

I cannot say enough good things about the ADE HG54 Laser. It's priced very affordably - way below other products in the marketplace. I find its design to be virtually perfect in form and function. The on/off buttons are well-designed and so easy to use. It projects a good strong beam in either solid or strobe mode. It's quite simple to install. It looks great on the gun, and it's streamlined in shape - not bulky at all. The battery is easy and accessible for changing. The zero-in process for elevation and windage is easy as pie. Honestly, there's nothing bad I can say about this product. I highly recommend it, and I use it with confidence for personal and home defense.

I had purchased other laser sights but they didn't fit right or seemed cheap. When I received this ADE HG54G laser for my Walther P22 FDE model, it was a match made in heaven. Easy to install, solid aluminum body in case you bump it. Green laser is bright and effective in closer proximities, I mean we are talking about a .22 pistol where close range is where all the action is going to be. All in all, I'km very satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend. On note though, the buttons to turn on the laser take a bit of an effort to get a good press in with your finger. For me, I'm fine with it... I wouldn't want a super sensitive on/off button. Hope this helps.

The windage adjustment does not stay set The adjuster is very loose I have contacted their customer support and hope to get a solution or replacement laser
