I’m a big girl - size 2x. I had a horrible trouble figuring out how and where to hold my insulin pump. Most often I clipped under my shirt but I always end up getting pinched. Now I don’t have that problem anymore!

The belt is tighter than you expect. I'm a 30 inch waist, I got the "medium" that's supposed to be a 25 to 32 inch waist and it fits pretty tight at the longest length. it's about 2 inches shorter than advertised but it does have space to stretch so I can't say it wouldn't fit a size 32 waist, once it stretches out it will probably fit more comfortably. It is soft and doesn't show a bulge under my shirt and has 2 different sized pockets, so credit where credit is due. It is also not as wide as it looks in the photo, I'm using a tandem T:slim x2 pump and it just barely fits in the bigger pocket with enough space to tuck away your tubing. Overall its ok, but my biggest complaint is that it has an awful smell like a halloween mask. I hope it is not used as the other reviewer showed... 3/5 because of the smell, but size is close enough to as advertised if you stretch it.

I bought this to replace my previous diabetic pump belt. I really liked the material of this new one and it is not as bulging. But, I am not impressed with the zippered pouch. It is a little bit of a struggle to get the pump in and out as it has to be put in sideways. The previous pouch, all you had to do was drop it into the pouch and velcro it shut. I will continue to use this for now as it is a nice pump belt.
