These helped my child stay regular and not constipated. They were gentle enough not to cause any stomach pains and were very effective. I also appreciated that the taste was child approved even though they are sugar free.

I love Mary Ruth’s and the taste on these isn’t awful, they are just a little too hard for a gummy. We have her probiotics and those are super soft and easy to chew but my son won’t eat these because they are too hard for him to chew. EDIT: Customer service refunded, very impressed with this company. Will continue to purchase their products.

These help regulate both my preschooler and myself. However, if you don’t cut it, it’ll feel like your teeth are coming out. I quarter my daughter’s and I halve mine. The taste is appealing and not overly flavored.

My 3 year old has had issues with regularity for the longest time. We tried the daily MiraLAX, as recommended by the pediatrician, but that kept us at home because we never knew what might happen! Lol! The discomfort it caused him made it a miserable experience for everyone. I bought these fiber gummies for him to try and oh my gosh - a world of difference!!! He’s using the bathroom on the toilet regularly and cleaning out his blocked system with zero discomfort. He’s so proud! Highly recommend trying if you’re in the same boat with your little one!

If I could give these 10 stars I would. My toddler suffered from terrible tummy trouble due to withholding—she was absolutely miserable at school, at home, everywhere. She was also very finicky about every solution we tried. We couldn’t sneak anything past her. But she loves the taste of these gummies, looks forward to eating them, and they WORK. This girl is r-e-g-u-l-a-r, and honestly it’s made her a completely different and much happier little girl.

My kids love these and I even take them myself sometimes lol. Great taste and works!

These have changed our life!! I have a 2 1/2 year old with a dairy allergy who has always struggled with pooping. I decided to try these as a last resort to avoid a scope at the GI doctor and they work!! My son went from pooping once a week to every other day or every couple of days on his own. No more MiraLAX or suppositories which is a HUGE improvement for us. These are very hard so I cut them in half or fourths for my son. 10/10 product though.

This should be removed from the market asap! I tried it myself (after noticing some irregularity lately). I could not believe this is marketed towards children because it’s hard as a ROCK! I had trouble chewing it myself! It’s like trying to soften a Jolly Rancher (only those taste better:) These are disgusting, crazy dangerous for children to be chewing, and even with me more than doubling the dose, it did NOTHING. You’re much better off feeding your babies fruits and veggies (even in a smoothie) instead of this garbage! This is NOT for children!
