I’ve tried a lot of different fiber supplements over the years, and most of them are a chore to get down. These are completely different. The Apple Crisp flavor is genuinely good and tastes like a crunchy cinnamon graham cracker. I actually look forward to eating them with a glass of water, and they do a great job of holding me over between meals if I get hungry. Most importantly, they do exactly what they're supposed to do. Convenient and delicious! I’ve ordered the fiber wafers many times over the past two years, and have come to reply in them as the easiest way to boost my fiber intake. Since I’m frequently away from home, it’s so easy to just put one of these packets in my pocket and eat it as a quick snack whenever I’m hungry. They are only 100 calories, or so, and they taste great. My favorite part about them is the pleasant crunchiness. Very satisfying! Be careful when you order them, to make sure you pick the flavor you what. I’ve come to love both the cinnamon and the apple flavor, but the apple flavor tends to hit more as a spring/summer taste and the cinnamon more as a fall/winter taste.

I saw someone else eating these and asked what they were. I had just gone for a colonoscopy and found out I had diverticulosis. The doctor told me to take Psyllium husk daily which I have a different named organic brand I drink from my local store but supplement with these. These are the chocolate flavored. They also come in apple cinnamon and cinnamon. Don’t expect these to be an Oreo. They are slightly grainy and crispy and stick to your teeth like glue so drink plenty of water and brush your teeth as soon as you can. I’m a dental hygienist and don’t like that feeling! I’ve tried every flavor. Amazon has the cheapest price. If you don’t want to invest in 4 boxes, go to a local store and try 1 box first to see if you like the flavor, but they’ll probably be a few dollars more (I paid between $8.50 and $9.99 at Wegmans and Kinney drugs in NY) The benefits of these outweigh the cons. They taste good and help with digestion and elimination, if you know what I mean ;) If you are having an issue with constipation, colitis, diverticulosis, or other similar issues, I’d recommend trying them. They won’t hurt you unless you have dietary restrictions from any of the ingredients. Check with your doctor if you have any concerns about ingesting these biscuits.
