Was everything expected. It was very uncomfortable (for me) when I first started to use it, so I kept it on for only a half hour. Now it ok as I got use to it. I also have physical therapy twice weekly and contribute this brace to be an added bonus. I am now so much more conscience of posture in all that I do. Thank You.

I purchased this item to help with my shoulder and neck pain. Now that we're working from home and I don't get up and walk as much as I used to, I find that pain develops as the day progresses. I was excited to wear this item and for the first few days it was working well. It helps keep your shoulders back forcing you to sit and stand a bit taller. It was fairly comfortable and relatively easy to put on. The main downside is that the straps slip if you moved too much allowing for your shoulders to move forward. I wore it for a couple days last week and put it this morning. After making breakfast, it loosened up a bit so I went to tighten it and the stitching holding the buckle to the shoulder strap ripped. The device is now useless. I like the concept of this product, but would not recommend based on quality of the product.

This is my first and only back brace, I do not have anything to compare it to but it did work. The downside is that it is put on much better with someone helping you in the back to get the exact right adjustment. And there will be plenty of adjusting. Once it is on you do feel it. You will be upright with your shoulders back. It certainly gets frustrating after a while as you can not move as freely as you would like to. Great for sitting, standing, walking but wouldn't recomend for high activity. Once it is off you just have to remember your posture and you are good. Again, finding the right fit after adjusting and adjusting is key. Not too close to neck, sliding off shoulders, straps are flat, etc. Also, very very important...do the stretches it shows you every single day!!!

I own an insulation business. I’m in attics in positions I’d rather not discuss. My posture hasn’t been the best. I’ve been seeing a chiropractor to maintain my health. I came accross this brace and decided to give it a try to improve my overall posture and the way I hold myself. Well, it’s been a month now between chiro visits. This brace really pulls your shoulders back. The first week, I could feel the brace working to keep straight, so much so, my lower neck was aching due to my upper back being so straight. It’s very comfortable, and now I don’t even feel it. It’s a constant reminder to stand up straight. I drive a van with seats not so comfortable and easy to slump. I am now straight as a board with my head against the head rest so much so that my lower back is arched as well. The only advice I can pass on is that it comes with extra comfort padding that slides where you may need it. I put this padding over the section that you pull it tight. It protects this area from losing its shape and chafing.

When I put the straps on, I could instantly feel my posture being corrected. There's just one aspect of this that makes wearing this UNBEARABLE: they used Velcro for the center strap on the back, anyone that has worn Velcro against skin knows how painful this can me. No matter how I adjusted the Velcro, it would still rub against my back, after a few hours, can turn it raw... I'm skinny, and I'd imagine this problem would be worse on a heavier person. I don't see how anyone could wear this uder a shirt. Wearing this over a shirt alleviates the issue, but defeats the purpose of this being "hidden."

For as long as I can remember I have always got comments from people telling me to sit up straight, and stop looking down. I have always been a sloucher and this might of been due to an injury that happened back in high school (I was a weight lifter). Since the beginning of this year I've started having pain, especially since I started working from my home office. I am mostly on the computer, and the wife had noticed my hunchback getting worse. I purchased this Posture corrector about 4-5 months ago and begun wearing it atleast 5-6 days out of the week, and until now I have noticed a significant improvement. The hunch back look is is going away slowly but surely. I have even noticed my back pain has improved. I believe if I keep at it I can probably bring myself back to an almost perfect posture, even though it might take some time. Btw, if you have one of these, (or plan to buy one) make sure you also combine it with the exercise that's included in the booklet, similar exercises were recommended to me by my doctor. I would also recommend to use the posture corrector in 30-60 min increments at a time as stated in the instructions.

I would like the padding to be more secure, I found that the padding would fold and twist over, leading to some areas having too much padding and others too few. I love the included booklet, it's well written and informative. This brace DEFINITELY works! As soon as it was on my entire stance changed. I wore it for four hours my first day. I noticed my core muscles aching because they are so used to not pulling their weight, and my back popped frequently and painlessly; my spine really was realigning due to the lack of pressure. I could breathe much more easily and deeply. While it did get uncomfortable towards the end of my first four hour trial, my posture improved for 24 hours after using. I intend to use this brace daily until my posture is naturally excellent.
