Sakuraco - Authentic Japanese Snack Subscription Box

I prefer savory snacks, however, I loved every item in the box!!! I look forward to trying more from Japan. I watch Trails to Oishii and love having my own cultural adventure right at home.

I have enjoyed this subscription for multiple years. The content is good albeit the shipping charges are high. But that is because it comes from Japan, so is understandable.However, be VERY careful about giving your money to them for a subscription. After 2 years of a subscription, and giving a 1-year subscription to a friend (spending over $1,500 with them in total), I came the end of my current term this month. Their system charged me one day early. Their policy is that you need to cancel prior to the renewal date. I did so, but was already charged. I reached out for a refund and they said that they "are unable to refund" the charge. Even though no product has been sent and that they were at fault for charging me early... they instead want to give me credit to spend at one of their other stores. I have been going back and forth with them for a couple weeks, wasting a lot of time, and have finally opened up a credit card dispute. It is a nightmare that they are choosing to create for me.I would recommend that you steer clear of this company due to their shady business practices and very poor customer service. By the way, they seemed to be owned by "Tokyo Treat" which is the company actually causing the issues - steer clear of them too.

I ate them and did not think they were all that good and absolutely not worth the price. I would not buy them again and canceled my subscription. The booklet describing each thing was a nice touch and was very interesting. I enjoyed that much more than the snacks. It was packaged nicely and would make a good gift for a person who requires something unique because they have everything.

My first box arrived completely destroyed and was asked for more pictures (although I already provided some). Avoid like the plague.The content of the box was at BEST worth 20$, I paid more than 40$ at the time (it fluctuates).

The boxes were tasty and generally good quality, but beware the subscription practices of this company. If you subscribe, the subscription continues automatically, and they will not refund your money if you cancel and have not received a box. You have to receive those last boxes.

I love to order different food or candy boxes from all over the world. One night we get together with our boxes and we share the stuff. Whoever’s turn it is they pick something from there box and we all share it. And we do this til it’s gone. There has been some very interesting things and many many laughs

I like the box and it's pretty, and it's red, and it's nice, and it came in nice shape.. I got this other one it's in October it's pretty neat thank you very much.
