It smells like rotten eggs, but it works
My dermatologist recommended to use another Cysteamine product, which is almost 4 times more expensive than this one, and I used it until it ran out. I had good results. It takes a while to get rid of sunspots and cysteamine helps a lot. It's a lot of work (you have to do it once a day and keep the product for 15 minutes and then wash it away (and it smells bad, but I think it's worth it.I decided to try this product on my arms and wow! In a matter of 5 days I started to see great results. I guess it was because my arms are usually more protected than my face these days (even though I wear sunscreen on my face daily)

Results almost better than HQ
It works in addition to your pigmentation routine. It’s very gentle and doesn’t clog your pores. Compared to other options with cysteamine, you are getting a bang for your buck. It does stink because of the strong metallic smell but it’s a wash off so it basically doesn’t matter IMO. I am fitzpat V. Give it a try.

Holding out hope...
Okay, I'm only a few days into this, so I'll be back to provide a proper review when I have results, but I like the packaging and how easy the product is to use (smear some on my cheeks first thing in the morning, make/drink coffee, then wash it off as part of my morning routine). Also, the price is great relative to other popular cysteamine products, and I sense no irritation, despite having sensitive skin.As for the smell, I actually don't hate it (I find it mildly onion-like, which make sense). To be clear, I don't love it, either, but I don't find it bothersome (and yes, it does linger, so if you're sensitive to smell, you'll *always* smell it, even if only faintly).More soon (in 12-16 weeks!)...

This product does not work! I want to return it but the window is closed.
This is the worst!. It does not work at all. I just missed the window to return it due to an illness, the dates slipped by me. I am going to contact the company to see if I can get my money back!!

May be similar to more expensive cyspera
Not sure yet. Purchased because my dermatologist recommends cyspera, which contains 7% cysteamine. It costs $170. This product contains 5% cysteamine and costs $50. I'm hoping to get similar results at a lower cost. Have only used for 2 weeks. Can't tell yet if it's working.

Over 3 1/2 months of use 1 or 2 times a day, no noticeable difference
I have been burned on so many things, I think I have a pretty low bar of expectations, but I had hoped for better results
