Review: Impressed!!! Definitely suppresses appetite!! - I was hungry when I took it, having only eaten breakfast but not lunch. After taking it, I am no longer hungry. I started out taking one with a lot of water, and when that seemed fine, I took another.. so two total to start. I have taken glucomannan before by itself so I knew it seemed fine for me and I never had any bad reactions to it. I have also taken chromium picolinate before by itself a long time ago with very good results. I feel like this works way better than the glucomannan I tried before though, not sure why! I have never taken the two together at the same time, so perhaps they are more effective together. This supplement is quite expensive and you could probably save money if you ordered the two things separately, but I like the convenience of it and it does seem to suppress my appetite way better than the glucomannan I took before, even though I actually took more of it then, so it's clearly very good quality. Shipping took way longer than it was supposed to, which I'm not happy about, but it got here at least. I will post an update in a few weeks on how well it's working for me.. this is my very first day trying it. But so far I am impressed!! It at least seems to actually do what it says it does, unlike most "appetite suppressants".. I have another supplement that kinda has the same effect but with very different ingredients.. unfortunately it hurts my stomach a little, so I don't like to take it much. This one doesn't.

I was hungry when I took it, having only eaten breakfast but not lunch. After taking it, I am no longer hungry. I have taken glucomannan before by itself so I knew it seemed fine for me and I never had any bad reactions to it. I have also taken chromium picolinate before by itself a long time ago with very good results. I feel like this works way better than the glucomannan I tried before though, not sure why! I have never taken the two together at the same time, so perhaps they are more effective together. ### ⭐ Absolutely terrible product

I thought I'd write a review to warn other people that are thinking of purchasing this product. It did help suppress my appetite by making me feel full but it came with a cost. The ingredients in this supplement purposefully absorbs water in your stomach and gut lining to give you that feeling of fullness. It did not help me lose weight nor did it decrease waist size. If anything it INCREASED weight and INCREASED waist size by holding onto all that water you're going to be drinking because these will make you feel thirsty. On top of the horrible bloating and water retention, it made me constipated. I was eating healthy and regular bowel movements. When I took this it cause the bloating, water retention, constipation and trapped gas. No way to relieve it. Made my intestines hurt for days. I'm kicking myself in the butt for being so desperate because I knew deep down there is no magical pill that'll help me battle food cravings when my hormones fluctuate.
