Works really well
It amazes me how little of this is needed to prevent boil over or krausen. In a 5-gallon batch it only takes 3-4 tiny drops. It’s also very useful in making yeast starters so that your Erlenmeyer flask doesn’t overflow.

This works wonderfully. I use a ROBOBREW 35L and while doing my last 2 brew not even an attempt to boil over. Love it.
