The result is great! Meat simply shakes off the bones! And the broth is first rate! Then we did another batch and got the same great result! From start (filtered water with refrigerated chicken drumsticks and thighs) to finish (after pressure valves released on their own), it takes about an hour and half for a batch. We timed about 30 minutes of pressured cooking time to ensure the meat comes off the bones. Much much faster than four hour slow-cooking with a non-pressure cooker.A note: We filled water up to the Maximum mark only - no grease or grime ever comes close to the pot rim and the dome of the lid remains clean after cooking! And always press both ends of the lid (you'll hear excess air escaping around the silicon ring) before turning the handle to lock it in place.To sum it up: Great product! 14 qt is worth it for cooking large quantity of food.p.s.
