I wish I had known about this sooner. We may have avoided the hernia my son has due to constipation. He's had reflux since the NICU and constipation due to low muscle tone and prematurity. He hasn't been able to poop fully on his own since he was born. The breastmilk went right through but formula made stools thicker. I couldn't breastfeed because of his muscle tone and could no longer get anything pumping so formula it was. This tea has helped a great deal. I use Miralax and the fennel tea to manage his gas and constipation. I use 3 ounces for a 4 ounce bottle. Baby boy prefers the flavor mixed with formula over just formula alone. It smells amazing and tastes good.

My baby struggles with painful gas and constipation and out of everything we tried, this worked. It calls for a lot of extra water (if giving it to baby straight) which can be dangerous. Our pediatrician said to give much less than suggested on the box. We’ve found that mixing it with formula works best and it’s not extra water on top of his normal feedings. Baby is much more regular now and is in a lot less pain.

I guess this is just one of those things that works for some babies and not others. First I tried having the teas myself so my baby could get it from my milk but didn’t work at all. Then I decided after a week to try and give it to him directly. I mixed with distilled water and another part with my milk make a difference at all. Sleep didn’t change and constipation wasn’t solved till I gave him actual medicine for it. I guess it might be one of those things were you’d have to give it to your baby consistently all the time for days? Idk but I won’t be bothering with this anymore. Sucks cause I was eager and excited but it is what it is. If it works for you awesome but it is a gamble so just be mindful of that possibility. I have a friend and she uses this w her baby and it works wonders for her.

Ordered this tea 11/11/23, but I was sent an expired batch as you can see from the picture. With expiration date back in 08/2023

Tea works great! I put it in 2-3 oz of my breast milk and brew it that way and I don't add any extra water. We take it when she's really fussy before bedtime. It calms her down and puts her to sleep and helps her constipation the next day. It does take about 3-4 servings to kick in so give it time.

This stuff really works !! My 1 month old was having trouble pooping, gave him 2 ounces of tea and 2 ounces of formula mix together boom next thing you know he’s pooping normal again and sleeping at night ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My baby has colic really bad and I was trying everything and nothing worked. I went on a lim to try this and my baby is doing so much better.
