The fountain’s filtration system works wonders! It includes a replaceable carbon filter that keeps the water fresh by removing odours and impurities. The water flow is quiet, unlike some other models that can be loud or distracting. My cat, who is a bit skittish around new things, was initially cautious, but the soft, gentle stream of water quickly caught her attention. She now drinks more frequently, which is a huge plus for her health! Setting up the fountain was straightforward – simply assemble the parts, fill it with water, and plug it in. The water reservoir is large enough that I only need to refill it once every couple of days, depending on usage. Cleaning is also a breeze, as the components are easy to disassemble and wash.

This is ideal my indoor. Cat loves it drinks and plays with it ,easy to clean the only thing is that you have to purchase the water filters but not that expensive and you don’t have to keep worrying if the cats got clean water

Fantastic, only way my spoilt chi chi hoo ha will drink water! Easy to assemble, really good quality. I would say my only qualm would be that I wish the adapter was longer. But I guess I could buy a longer one if needed.

Small and functional fountain. Opaque plastic so you can see water level. Has a calming sound. Looks fairly durable and came in a compact box with one set of filters. Unfortunately cats still have not used it, for drinking or play. I don’t like the led light though, there is no way to switch it off.

My kitten is now drinking so much more water, with the heat waves I'm so grateful, and it looks great too which is a bonus! If you keep it full its silent, and if you leave it half full you have the fountain sound, which is so relaxing. The unit is easy to clean and refill, but i havent had to refill it in a few days as it holds quite a bit of water, and it's really easy to use. Absolute bargain, which gives cold, filtered water to your kitty on demand.

Bought this cat fountain to help with my cats drinking levels. He has just had a bladder blockage due to mineral and metals build up, so needed to get him a filter. He usually liked to drink out of the bath tap which we left running for him, but as the water is so hard where we have recently move to, this caused a very serious condition. The fountain itself is great, and my cat loves it, but after only 9 days the filter is mouldy. I have maintained the fountain everyday since purchasing. Rinsing the filter, cleaning the hair off and changing the water. Luckily I have been maintaining the fountain everyday, otherwise I wouldn't know the filter was mouldy until the 14 day change (as recommended by seller) or when I topped the water up. Thankfully I am savvy with these fountains and have had them with other cats before. This is absolutely disgusting, and cheap rubbish filters. I use a Brita water filter jug to filter the water before it goes into the fountain, so I am going to continue to use the fountain without the filter, as the water is already filtered, and continue to change the water everyday. I think this is a better idea than spending a fortune on rubbish cheap filters which can make animals sick. I would recommend anyone who has bought a fountain recently, to check their filters asap (especially if you're planning to leave the filter past the 14 days mark). I would just get a Brita filter jug (or any other brand) and filter the water used in the fountain in the jug. The filters are £12 for 3/4 filters and last a whole 30 days each. And we can benefit too. Also, if you're reading this review before purchasing, I recommend buying a well known brand such as Petmate or Catit. They have well made replacement filters.

I read lots of reviews before buying this. I am still hoping my cat will go near it! It's pleasant colour at night but I don't think it is that quiet unlike others stated. It's more costly than my last fountain as the two filters inside need frequent replacements. I will keep it though as my cat needs encouragement to drink more and I'm hoping he will eventually get used to it

I had another cat fountain previously that rapidly got gross with slime and the pump eventually stopped working. I bought this to replace it as I like that the filters are replaceable and there's a two year warranty on the pump. My cats absolutely love it. The flow is not too high or vigorous, it has a light so they know exactly where it is at night time and best of all is that it's very quiet! The last water fountain was so loud and sounded like a zen garden feature inside, visitors would ask what the noise was. Since we got this one, no one has noticed it at all! It's very easy to clean and I love that I can buy replacement filters separately - I go through them quickly as I have more than one cat. I definitely recommend this! It holds a lot of water so I have no issue with the capacity of it and keeps the water room temperature.

Fontaine effectivement silencieuse, commandée l'été dernier : mon vieux chat l'a adoptée dès le premier jour. Il a rapidement pris l'habitude de boire l'eau en mouvement de cette fontaine. Je recommande.

Esta fuente para gatos ha sido una compra excelente. Desde que la tengo, mis gatos beben mucho más agua, lo que me da tranquilidad para su salud. El flujo es constante y silencioso, apenas se escucha, y el agua se mantiene siempre fresca y limpia. El montaje es muy sencillo, se desmonta rápido para lavarla y los filtros cumplen bien su función. Además, el tamaño es perfecto: no ocupa demasiado y tiene capacidad suficiente para varios días. Mis gatos la usan a diario y ya no quieren beber de un cuenco normal. Muy recomendable para cualquier casa con gatos o perros pequeños.

Easy to clean I thought wasn’t working at first, but all it takes was a cleaning, something gut stuck which I rinsed and now perfectly working okay

It's a nice product, my cat took some time to adjust to it , now she loves it . Value for money.

THE GOOD: Most importantly, my cat started drinking from it immediately. But first, the setup was very simple. There are only a few parts to place together, and they fit well and so the fountain was up and running within minutes of opening the box. Also, another great feature is that there is a light inside the fountain. I know cats can see well in the dark but my cat is turning 19 and so I have to assume he likes the light :) It's also very quiet. I found that keeping the fountain full of water makes less noise as there is less 'dripping' from the water down into the basin. Sure, I hear a little tinkling now and then - and then I know it's time to refill it. OTHER THINGS: After a little while, I realized that my cat was drinking from the pool, and not from the flower. So, I removed the flower and he now likes to drink from he water that is pumped up through the middle. It's nice to have options. It's easy to clean the fountain. As it was so easy to put together, you can take it apart in a few seconds, scrub it and put it back together with ease. I keep it on the bathroom counter beside the tap so it's easy to refill in moments with fresh water. 5 stars because it's simple, it works and my cat loves it.
