Q: Does this sheath have a belt/boot clip for boot carry?

Yes it does, and will hold the knife in place for most movements. My main concern will be retention while drawing the knife from the sheath and possibly losing the sheath. The clip supplied is “good enough” but with a few dollars more a multi-clip can be purchased through Amazon that will make the set up perfect.

Q: Is this knife double-edged?

Yes it is and very sharp on both edges I really am impressed with this knife.
