Fits my old aluminum siding!
Used these to add external bathroom fan vents to my house. A standard fan exhaust hood for 4” hose fits perfectly on this block! Was very easy to fit on the house and caulk.

Dimensions are not correct. They need to correct their information.
Dimensions are not correct. States 8.6 x 8.2 and they don’t come in package. They are only 6.5 x 6.5. Not happy. Had to give one star to post.

This will work if your light fixture is in a very particular location on the siding only. After literally weeks of looking around for a proper mounting block, I find this one thinking that I was finally finished with my journey but I'm not. It's not the company's fault but when I did put it up against my sighting it was the right shape but not rid of the right length, there isn't much about its dimensions on the description in the first place which is kind of annoying, I had to go to the comments, and with the huge lack of options online and especially on Amazon it's just frustrating that the only option we have is this for my particular type of siding. I'm sure somebody could use it somewhere and that's why I gave it two stars, I couldn't use it at all and I can't return it because I wasted one trying to put on my house. So if anyone wants a free one lol
