Easy to assemble!
Took about 20 minutes to assemble. Very cute. I got it so my cat who loves to be outside can stay warm in the winter. We will see if he uses it then. I used to have an Amazon box that he loved to sleep in on the front porch 😂. This at least looks better.

Very happy with house!
Really happy with this house. It was shipped and arrived quickly. No problems unpacking, all pieces are labeled clearly. I think it's pretty sturdy and overall, all the joins went together pretty tightly. Because I'm using strictly outside for feral cats (not under a cover/in milder climate Tx), I did give it a quick sand and coat of exterior paint (to match our house color, lol) and I did caulk the seams on the inside (but it was fine without it). It will get them out of in-climate weather. Hoping the cats will use it, but I would buy again/recommend.

Adorable.
It is very sturdy. Think it's great for the money. Definitely need screw gun! Doing by hand would take a long....time. Downfall, no pre-drilled screw holes in most of the panels, cracked one piece. And the smell is really strange...wiped it down twice and it still lingers. Hoping it will dissipate when outside long enough. Cats haven't gone in it yet. 🤨

Beautiful cat house
The cat house is really cute and a great value for the money! One of our cats, Luna, opted for outdoor living. We bought the house as a shelter for her when it rains. We live in San Diego and only had one mild storm so far, but the interior of the house stayed dry in the rain, and it kept our Luna dry and out of the wind. It was easy to assemble and Luna got in immediately after we sprinkled a bit of catnip on the cushion placed on the floor. Every morning we open the roof and take the cushion out for cleaning. So convenient! If we had colder winters, I would consider putting an electric blanket: there is a built in hole for the cord on the side wall. One could also add insulation to the inside of the walls. For us it works great just as it is. As for the curb appeal, it couldn't be cuter! With some little pots in the balcony, it is absolutely adorable! It is also larger than we expected. And most importantly, Luna loves it!

Cute house, but quality and instructions are lacking
Overall, I like this house for our cats. However, the build is a little bit lacking and the instructions are vague. There are a lot of pieces and it takes a few hours to assemble. Unfortunately our cats have not taken to it. They don't seem to like the plastic or swinging doors. Maybe when it gets cold, they will be more inclined to go in. Due to the build and the complex assembly, I can only give this 3-stars.

It’s perfect!
This was easy to put together with just one person. It’s sturdy and perfect for the stray kitties, and they love it. They were apprehensive at first, but a little catnip spray solved that! I had carpet squares that fit perfectly inside for extra warmth. Very good purchase for us!

This sturdy and holds up great.
I have had mine two years now and I love it. It's easy to put together and it has held up great with the weather. My cats love it.

As expected (more good than bad)
Quality is as expected (medium) but with some pleasant surprises (sturdier than expected)Let's start with some of the good:It's a decent design, and with a drill gun, a screwdriver, 2 decently mechanically-inclined people, we probably built it in about an hour (? wasn't really timing it)... The instructions were sufficient (but there were a few times they could have been clearer). Screws are packaged separately and labelled, and each group had exactly one spare (So Helpful!), I believe all the wood pieces were labelled as well. An A+ for the packaging. (some labelling was printed directly on parts, and visible after construction (for example on a step support), this might be a big negative for some people, I didn't really care, but be advised)And the house seems stable and tight. (sliding in the floors felt especially satisfying, they fit perfectly and snuggly, almost locking into place). Highly exceeded expectations, especially with the lighter wood.Unlike some reviewers, my house had a pleasant (and not mild) woodsy scent (pine & possibly cedar). From the strongly negative descriptions in other reviews, I do not think mine had the same issue that others had.I like the roof piece itself (not the screws though) and the points of access, I feel like it is easy to reach any area of the house. And aesthetically I like the design, it matches what you see in the photos, so I'll let you make that call for yourself. Most* of the holes are predrilled, and the outside steps, and small roof, have dowel stubs to keep them properly aligned. (very helpful!)Some negatives....This is an extremely soft pine, for the places that were not fully drilled, we had Zero issue with it because of how soft it is. But consequently, I do not expect this to last in the Florida humidity. I will be keeping it covered and in the shade, and away from soil (re: bugs) but my long-term hopes are not great. If you wanted this for the indoors, or a garage or the like, or maybe you live somewhere less humid, I think it could be great. The directions were a bit vague at times, and there were a few combined steps that almost got missed for being very subtle. Not all holes were predrilled, and where this impacted us the most was with the roof brace arm (& extension lock). one end was clearly indicated, but getting the other end correctly placed so that the arm could fold sufficiently was a bit tricky and we did not get it right on our first try. Once we did it works great and securely holds the roof open.the screws for the hinges and the barrel bolt felt slightly inadequate, especially with a soft pine (I can see having to redo the hinge screws at some point) I cannot imagine this being used unprotected in the outdoors, it might keep water out at first, but I wouldn't expect that to last.Depending on what you need, and where you are keeping it, this might be an excellent cat house for you. Despite my negatives, I was overall pleased with what I got for the money.
