Acts sooooo dramatic anytime medicine gets near his mouth but with these he sees it coming and opens his mouth right up. It immediately calms him down. When he wakes up in pain in the middle of the night, I give him this and it helps me get him back to sleep without any trouble. It doesn’t last the longest but you can give 9 in a 24hr period so just be cautious with when you’re giving them. Super easy and quick to administer. Just a little squirt of the little vile and boom teething pain subsides. I’m obsessed. I just bought the nighttime ones too to see if there is a better sleep quality with the night ones vs the regular but either way, I’m a fan and I’ll be stocking up for sure!

**Q: The first ingredient is alcohol. But the front says 99.999% alcohol free??**
A: Read a little closer- alcohol is an inactive ingredient not the main 1st ingredient. This is the best stuff I have ever used for teething. 4 children and none of them suffered with teething too much.

**Q: Is this product fda approved? how do i know ingredients are what they say they are?**
A: FDA doesn’t approve/ test any homeopathic medicine or treatments. This product helped my son very much . I love Boiron company! We use their products for many sickness!
