Great stickers!
I really like these stickers, they are nice looking images of every day people. These are different variety stickers and the quality and colors are nice looking. They also peel easily, which is a plus.

Interesting Collection of Stickers
I bought this pack because it came with the tweezers too and included female and male characters. The female stickers are printed a little better than the male ones (for whatever reason). Also, the male stickers look like snapshots of men from a fashion runway compared to the females that are depicted in more everyday life poses. This doesn't bother me, but it may surprise you when you see them. Overall, I love this set and have used a number of these stickers in my journal.

150 Caucasian people
The stickers themselves are great, but there is no diversity whatsoever. All of the people are young and white. Otherwise, they stick fine and are very cute.

Strong matte vinyl, not washi, moderate adhesion, removable from plastic or metal surfaces
I ordered these primarily for art journaling. These are not washi as the description states, but a matte vinyl instead. That's not terrible; it makes them not as transparent, but still quite usable on paper as long as you don't plan to paint on them with watercolors (which might still be possible, but they'll take a while to dry, and the paper next to them may buckle if you're doing a wash over paper and the sticker). They'll take alcohol markers and gouache quite well, as well as gesso and acrylic, so there are still plenty of options available. The adhesive on these is pretty decent--not a hard grab like some stickers I have where you can't even reposition it, and it's even possible to peel up the edge of a fully-stuck sticker to remove it in one piece, if it's on a smooth surface like plastic or metal, though I think the adhesive is too strong to remove from paper.
