Coolify 2 the best cooling device ever!
It has been over a year since I’ve owned the coolify 2s. The temperature is up till almost 90° outside and inside my house it’s a cool 79 to 80° and so I put on my neck cooler and it has worked incredibly well. I’ve been using it all day. I have a 10,000 Milliamp battery very small one that I plug into it and stick it in my back pocket. I have not had to turn on my air conditioner that drives my heating bill off the chart. I’ve had an awful day and have been very comfortable because what a lot of people don’t realize is the cooling element that touches your skin. It goes across the artery on each side of the neck And it cools the blood down which helps decrease the temperature within your body. I’ve been using it for a year in the winter time if I get cold and it doesn’t warrant turning on the heater, I just put on my qualified 2S and enjoy the cool air or the warm heating element. It has not failed me once if you charge the battery properly, you’ll get about two hours out of it with my 10,000 amp battery hooked up to it switching back-and-forth between the fan and the cooling element. I get 10 hours. I have a 50,000 battery that really isn’t that heavy that I put in a pack when I’m out and near show where it’s hot. I’m gonna be there for a long period of time and I’m going to want to keep the cooling element on that will last for 24 hours minimum , staying on mid-level with the cooling element that would be C -2Now they have the new one it’s got a bigger battery so you can charge it at a higher rate which will allow fast charging. It’s got bigger cooling elements and I think I want one. Lol I am a paraplegic and I find this tool to be invaluable, and if you’re in your 50s going into your 60s or your 70 or 80 is something you would wanna keep around the house.Update: for those who profusely sweat this will still cool you down but it’s not going to stop you from sweating especially if it’s a medical condition that runs in your family. My son has the same issue. He likes it because it’s wind. It’s air going across his neck in the front of his body while he’s working in the yard, but after that, he puts it aside. I like to be nice and cool when I go to sleep at night, so I have been putting this on for about 10 minutes before I go to bed, and my whole body starts to get a little chilled to it , and then I turn it off and I go right to sleep if anybody wants to try that it worked very well for me. As for my son, they’ve tried special any deodorant, special medication, all kinds of thing to stop the profusely amount of sweat comes out of him. so no device at all is going to help you if you’re sweating 24 hours a day. You might try a great big giant fan pointed at you and turn it on. That’s what my dad did. He put in a cooler and aim right at his chair. He was the only comfortable person in the house Lol anyway back to my update I still really enjoy it but if you wanna read another point of view, I did a review on the 2S and it’s pretty phenomenal so you get a chance look for my name Joey S and that’ll be my review I’m gonna go put a tag on it right now to bring it up towards the top so people can see it Anyway, if you do this, it will last a full day. This is all about battery maintenance people. If you want the cooling action the last all day you turn it off and on you turn it on when you’re hot and you turn it back off when you cool down and then use the fan setting 2 and that way it willsurvive the day, and you will tooI recently purchased the Coolify 2. What a great product! 80 to 90° days getting in to the store or across a hot parking lot when you’re older it will keep you cool they can be 90° outside and this thing just works! I will wear in my house sometimes when it gets warm enough and I don’t wanna turn on the air conditioner because of cost I will put it around my neck and turn it on and put it to cool and the pads on the side of it, they get very cold, and within minutes my whole body is cooled down, saving me the money from having to run my air conditioner. I am a former Marine, and I am paralyzed my work now requires me to be outdoors a little bit more and I am going to get the coolify3 because I have high demands for cooling due to the fact that I’m paralyzed because I am paralyzed. I cannot regulate the temperature of my body and the coolifi2 helps a lot. The reason I’m going to the coolify3 is because it’s got more cooling pads to it and I can plug it in with a charging brick in my pocket or on my wheelchair and stay cool all day. I also bought one of qualifies fans it doesn’t have the cold strips. It just blows air and I gave it to my wife and she loved it! Her hair didn’t get caught in the fan it’s just for beautifully for her, and it lasts all day , she works out in the Gardner and she gets hot and starts to sweat and it’s been an ongoing thing and so when I bought her this she was ecstatic. So I highly recommend this product if you’re anywhere from 45 to 65 to 85. This can bring much relief to those who suffer from the heat older we get and I’m 16 the less tolerance we have for hot weather and hot rooms the coolify2 and the coolifi 2S and the Coolify 3 will have you covered turn it on for a few minutes 5 to 10 minutes and you cool right down and then you’ll take it off to warm up a little and when you start to warm up again, you put it back on. It’s awesome! I really have no complaints for me. I have disabilities. I have a 6 to 7° tolerance in either direction of hot or cold that I can take before I need to be cooled down instantly. Now that the heat from the summer has hit I use it more and more And I crave even more of the Coolify technology to help keep me cool and avoid a heat stroke. There’s also the coolifi2 S if you don’t want to have as many cooling pads as I need and you want all day performance, then you Coolify 3 and the Coolify 2S can have a charging block plugged in to it And you can charge it while you’re wearing it and keep it running. For an active person that is the thing for you you won’t be disappointed in any of their products they’re well-made. They’re well crafted and I highly recommend it.

It definitely works!
I'd recommend it. Do read this all-I will say realistically, If your environment is warmer than mid 80s, yes you'll feel the cooling effect from the neck plates, but the fans blow that warm air up on your face and is slightly unsatisfying and doesn't give a big cooling effect in my opinion. It doesn't seem to be conditioned air from the cooling plates. I was hoping there'd be a way to use the cooling mode with no fans on, but then realized that would probably make the cooling plates ineffective period, considering the fans do exhaust out the heat from the plates. I haven't tested it, but I would imagine it has the capability to bring your body temperature down a few degrees considering it's cooling your neck which is heavily vascularized, depending on the activity. If you're working out or building up a good sweat, you may not feel much, but I've found so far that it's best during lighter activities when the temperature you're working in would be otherwise with out it slightly uncomfortably warm. To me, that's enough of a difference to make it worth it considering my line of work. I work in a shop with no a/c, minimal air movement, peaks to the mid 80s mid-day, and I'm standing in-place and walking about throughout the day. I do feel a little more refreshed and a little cooler with it on the lowest setting. It actually leaves my ears and cheeks a little cool! I like the design, I got the special edition black Kevlar one. It's thoughtfully designed, definitely looks like some engineering went into this, and is not a quick-throw-it-together-mystery-no-name-came-from-China-cheap-plasticy-thing. I was a little concerned that's what I was ordering, but the ad looked promising, and is living up mostly to what it's advertised as, which I think is good and worth it where the technology is with this kind of device. It's not bulky or heavy, and is comfortable enough to have it on for a good chuck of the day.Definitely a cool gadget that is neat and unique and is also realistically functional too.My recommendations for improvements for the next model-- Longer battery life (it's good, but could be better)- A bit more cooling power from the plates (but actually not too much to where it could feel too cold in one concentrated spot for extended period of time)- Somehow to get it to blow conditioned air up on your face too (maybe another set of plates internally that the fans blow across)- Should come with a USB charging block! (it only comes with a USB-C cable, which should also be black to match the special edition unit)

Still going strong after 2 years
I have owned the Coolify 2 for 2 years now and it is still working as well as the first day I bought it. It is now 92 F' (feels like 101 F' with humidity). It works well on cool level 1 which extends the battery for about 1 1/4 hours. I keep a battery charger in my back pack so when I go back outside, it is charged full 100%.

Meh. This is awful!
So I bought this because I am always hot. I wanted to love it. I had huge expectations based on reviews. I sweat a ton, come from a long line of sweaty people, and am an avid walker and yoga person who is sick and tired of sweating when I move! I also have Hashimoto's and hopefully am entering "the change" so that may affect my sweaty superpowers, but I had high hopes.SO, this thing....it's big. Like HUGE. Super heavy on your neck. Clunky. Not comfy for me or my husband. It bothered my shoulders and shifted and thunk thunk thunked when I walked the dog, did light agility training with her (border collie), and even just when I did everyday things like picking up the beast's deuces while walking her, I was worried between the dog moving and my bending down that this thing would fall off. (Which is how the 11 yo then got to try this and hated it)When you sweat and move around, this thing clamped on your neck feels heavy, sticky, and gross and thunks around. The fans are also SUPER loud for me and my 11 yo daughter. I don't feel safe walking around in the city because I can't hear with this contraption on! It's very distracting. And, the fans on this gadget blow directly into my and my kiddo's ears no matter what I try to do with positioning. We have normal ears! I swear! My kiddo and I also have very long, curly hair and we both worried that it could get caught in the fans. It did not happen when testing, but we both put our hair up in buns before testing and still worried a stray hair or two would get caught. It did not, so this was good, but I did worry enough to not try it with my hair down.My husband, however, has a big head (lol just being honest here) and it seems to work better for him with the blowing. It didn't roar right into his ears like ours, but he still said it was too loud even on low (I gave up on high by this point). It is also not comfortable to wear and he said it felt too squeezing on his neck. He hated it.And by loud and annoying for my kiddo and me, what I mean is it pretty much blows on high speed just like a hairdryer on high pointed right up into your ears! Yikes! At low speed, it blows still loud right in our ears but not as screaming. I had to take my earrings off. I found out later that it also triggered my tinnitus for sure so yayEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!For all this discomfort and sound, the cooling is unfortunately meh. Not the best. Not even good! The plates do get super cold but the loud fan has nothing to do with them and you cannot use the cooling plates without the fan! Which makes no sense! Wanna try this out? Stick an ice cube on either side of your neck and aim a cold blowdryer at your ears from below. Are you cool? Comfortable? Same vibe.If the fans blew off the cold plate air, it would be 1000% better. If it didn't blow directly into my ears it would also be tolerable or if I could somehow change their direction even slightly so it wasn't right into my ears....Walking the dog, the plates are super cool, so my neck is super cold where they are...BUT the rest of me is melting. I still feel hot and it's only May in Chicago! This would be super hard to use at Disney or Arizona when you add higher temps and movement along with the discomfort and I don't think it would cool you any better if it was hotter or more or less humid. Unfortunately, it's too expensive even to try anymore.I REALLY wanted to love it and everyone who tried it hated it. Sorry.

Getting close to having air conditioning anywhere
I like it a lot, it would be much better if it was flexible like the back part all the way around for more comfort, and thinner with speakers and Bluetooth syncing. Maybe a video or hologram projector too 😎. The plates need to be colder in the next version, I'm sure they will figure out how to improve the cooling effect. There also needs to be more wind on the front of the face and forehead, maybe they can utilize the ends of the device somehow to achieve this. The heating feels really good, very therapeutic. Hopefully they keep improving on that as well. The battery of course is a huge issue, which is why I had to buy two of the limited edition versions with the bigger battery, so one can charge while the other is in use. They need to have swappable rechargeable battery packs in the future so you don't have to buy 2 devices. The limited-edition version changing color to orange when warm is really cool, it helps let you know if they are still cool in really hot working environments. I'm pretty sure if you stuck it in a waterproof container or bag in a freezer or cooler, it would stay ice cold for a little while at least. They look really cool, but pretty weird when you are out in public. I'm sure they will improve on that in the next versions. I feel like more people would wear them if they were speakers too. It's definitely worth the money if you drive with no ac or if you work in hot indoor or shaded environments since this doesn't do a whole lot in the hot beating sun. This is the first neck cooler/fan that I have bought, everything else on the market looks ridiculous and ineffective. I'm happy to be supporting this company since I believe they are on pace to have the ultimate cooling and heating device, and people pay a lot to air-condition their cars and homes for a reason.
