Best for carpet users!
I love sliders. I've recently joined a workout program that I am absolutely loving that uses them regularly. I purchased a set for the gym and wanted an extra set around the house for my husband, kids or even myself when I wanted to do a little extra ab work at home. If you are unfamiliar, these slides are meant to be used on both carpet and hard/flat surfaces. When using them on a hard surface, you turn them over so that the padded side is down and for carpets, the plastic side needs to be down. These sliders were well priced, so I tried them. I've had them now for almost 2 months. They are okay and will certainly do their job if you are planning on using them on carpet. I traditionally use mine on hardwoods or our tiled kitchen floor. They are difficult to use on any hard surface (unless your foot is dead-center) due to the lack of padding on the softer, padded side. They can sometimes get stuck or even potentially scratch the surface you are working out on. With my daily pair, I never have this issue. The thicker pad glides across all hard surfaces. As you can see in the picture I've provided, these sliders do not have a comparable padding width as some other sliders that I use daily. This picture has also been taken after I have used the pink sliders for almost 6 months and the KUYOU sliders (in black) maybe once or twice a week for almost 2 months.Hope this review is helpful! If it was, would you be so kind to mark it as such?If you appreciate this review and enjoy other great deals, I'd love to connect with you on IG/FB/Amazon @prettycheapmama!Happy shopping, friends!Pretty Cheap Mama

Great concept, could use thicker padding to not slide plastic on softer side
I am not, typically, a hard core exerciser. I purchase things that look fun, use them sometimes, and wonder why I'm not in shape (while eating ice cream) the rest of the time. These look fun. I bet I'll use them sometimes. They showed up in a convenient storage bag, a pair of pads to use below hands or feet while moving around on the floor in some semblance of exercise, or perhaps just flailing about.I tested both sides on multiple surfaces:Ceramic tile floor: The plastic side made scratching noises (probably due to dust between them and the floor) that drove me a little nuts, though they moved smoothly. The softer side moved easier and sounded better, except the edges of the plastic still made contact with the floor, which was distracting. Could be I'm over weight limit for them, or that I'm just not centering my hand enough - too much pressure on the outside of the disc caused this, upon further testing. .Wood flood: The softer side worked ok. The plastic side, which I was worried about scratching the floor, actually was scratched by the floor. Same "put your hands in the right spot" issue as above.Carpeted floor: The softer side laughed and refused to work. I mean, was a high-tension advanced workout. The plastic side moved nicely. I like the motion and noise level best with the carpet option.I've also seen similar discs as furniture movers, though I'd only use them on carpet due to issues above.

Great Addition to a Workout
If you’re looking to spice up your workout this is a great addition to any workout collection. I’ve been using these a lot in my daily workout routine. They are easy to use and make fitness a bit more challenging. They are great quality for the price.

Great sliders
These sliders are amazing! I use them for everything and they still look new. The last pair I bought completely fell apart in a short amount of time. This one is definitely worth the purchase

Almost as described.
I haven't tried it out yet, everything looks good, just as described. I did notice one thing though, and that's the resistance band is described as being 50" long. It didn't look quite that long to me so I measured it and it is only 43" long.

Gets the job done
These exercise sliders are pretty decent. They definitely did the job, in terms of getting a good core workout (which was the goal). Their versatility makes it the best; you can do lots of exercises with them! The one thing I wish it had was a strap to hold my feet in place. It also would have been helpful if they were a tiny bit bigger, but overall it served its purpose. Easy to take to the gym, too!

Good sliders for a good price
These are exactly what I was looking for. They work. I would have rated them 5 stars but the plastic is a bit soft. It did not slide as nicely as I had expected and is getting scratched, also reducing how easily they slide.Still happy with them.
