Bad Customer service and uncomple description
I Bought couple of those for my business, those comes with USA Type A, but my POS take RJ45 and in want to replace them as it does not used or company send me correct cable i can use them but no response from seller and no option for refund the items.

I suggest you not buy a scanner from this company. They are very non-professional.
