Great product for office lunch
I bought this product because I am on a meal plan and I like my food to stay fresh and hot. I usually get my food delivered in the morning warm it up and put it in this large jar. What I like about this food jar the most is the removable food jar and also the removable silicone cover that is easy to put back in 1 click.

Fragile Hinges
I bought 2 of these containers, one for my teenage daughter (blue/silver) and one for me (olive green). After almost exactly one year of about weekly use (so maybe 30 times in one year), when I opened my olive container, one of the hinges of the lid simply fell apart. Since I work in a nursery, I have seen this problem also with the plastic containers that have multiple compartments for cold snacks. The hinges are incredibly fragile, and once they break, the whole box becomes useless. My container was used by an adult, so not thrown about or anything like that and is now completely unusable, even as a spare container for my daughter, as for some strange reason, her lid does not fit my thermal container (we realized this shortly after the purchase already). There is definitely a quality issue, since a container for about 100AED should certainly last longer than a year (some children use theirs daily, this would mean you'd have to get a new one every few months). PS. This is the first ever review I have written in my life on Amazon, as I am really very disappointed.

One day the lid will break, it’s inevitable
Our jar last for about a year. Then plastic on the lid had been broken. Pity, that we can’t buy just lid for replacing. Color from the jar been erased at some places. And silicone insulation on the lid absorbs fat and smells. As total: don’t like the quality of the lid at all. But the jar kept food warm nicely.

My baby loves the jar. He takes everyday to school.

Really great product but DO NOT, whatever you do overfill it. No leakage, food temperature is fairly well maintained especially if the bowl is warmed before the food goes in. I've had soup out of this Jar and it's worked well. I love the fact that the lid can be locked. The handle makes it easy to carry. I've had this on its side in bag without any issues. Very easy to clean because of its shallow shape. One small drawback is that the wide lid will have food on the underside. I simply make sure I carry kitchen roll to capture any spills. The upside: it's easy to eat soup or stew from without having to reach deep into a traditional thermos depth.

This lunch box has stains and dents. I suspect it is a defective item that was returned and resold!

Great little food flask, my daughter has been taking hot food to school for her packed lunch and says it’s still warm by lunch time, so that’s from around 7:30 to 12pm. Good enough for us! My only issue is that when you take the rubber bit from inside the lid so it can dry properly after being washed it’s tricky to get it back on. I’ve found that you have to push it on at o e side first then work your way around. Not a design fault or anything it’s just a bit of a learning curve with the product. Overall super and I would recommend it.

I have found this to be a really good pot, it keeps all the food warm until lunch and has let me pack a greater variety of warm food for my child.

I made the mistake of thinking the price would reflect the quality of this item. The only thing I liked about the item was the shape. A pity as it had such potential. First of all it’s quite heavy for a food flask. The easy to use lid is too easy. It doesn’t seal well and leaks. Pre heated the item with boiling water and still my soup was barely warm after an hour never mind hot. Its not worth £1 never mind £30. For the same price you can get the best, a Stanley or Thermos. Also arrived dented. Probably the previous owner got frustrated and drop kicked it across the room. It says on the bottom, ‘patent pending’. I wouldn’t bother.
