It exceeded my expectations going as checked baggage and being pulled through the Metro without any damage. I bought this over the slightly cheaper competition because it has three hinges and 3 locks, making for a more robust suitcase. The size is great, it takes jackets and pants with only one fold, I generally packed these in one side and used the other side for odd shaped and smaller items. The inevitable minor obstruction caused by the telescopic handle inside the case that some complained about is not a problem if you pack the spaces between the handles with small rolled items like socks and underwear. The sturdy adjustable internal straps and divider make it easy to close the suitcase without having to wrestle with shifting contents. A great product which will last me many years.
