I think it’s the best’
I have used others that make a lot of l their product promises hold up. I was greatly surprised how easy it’ was to apply. He is also doing exactly what the manufacturer promises.

Easy to apply and use. Minor odor which is not too bad. Cleans well and appears to last. Durability good. Would buy again.

It is somewhat complicated to apply and they recommend 48 hours total dry/cure time. It does seem to seal well and water beads up as expected. Will have to see how long it lasts.

Easy to use and very effective.
It is easy to use. No nasty fumes. Just spray it on, wait about 3 minutes and scrub. I used the brush that came with the spray and also a Dremel battery operated scrubber (it made scrubbing faster). After scrubbing I just rinsed the shower and let it dry. I recommend this product.

Bottle does not seal
Product appears to seal grout- water "bubbles up" at least initially. However, spray bottle does not seal. I poured product into a small container and applied to grout with a foam brush

Looking for the right sealer? This is the one! Works the same as original one used by the pro in a shower. Just clean the grout with hard brush and give 2 coats of it as per instruction. Wait 2 days to dry up and will be ready to use! Make sure to clean your tiles when still wet so there won't be anything left on them after.

I purchased this product and was only able to complete 1 1/2 showers. The listing and label say there is enough for 2 showers. I followed the directions perfectly. Now I have an incomplete job needing more product and more drying times. Not happy.
