Excellent for Sleep, Relaxation & Muscle Recovery โ Gentle and Effective
Iโve been taking this Magnesium Glycinate supplement for a few weeks now, and Iโm genuinely impressed. It delivers on its promise of calm and relaxationโIโve noticed a big improvement in my sleep quality. I fall asleep faster, stay asleep longer, and wake up feeling more refreshed without any grogginess. The 400mg dose is just right for daily support, and I appreciate that itโs made in Canada with non-GMO ingredients and third-party testing for quality. Itโs also gentle on the stomach, which is a huge plus compared to other magnesium forms that can cause digestive issues. Iโve also noticed less muscle tension and fewer nighttime leg cramps, which makes this a great all-around supplement for muscle, bone, and nerve support. The capsules are a bit large, but easy enough to take with water. If youโre looking for a high-absorption, calming magnesium that supports both your body and mind, this is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

Magnesium Bisglycinate
Best magnesium bisglycinate that I've taken yet and the price is decent. It's difficult to find both of those points that matter to the majority of people. This product also appears to have standards with quality which I appreciate.

Highly misleading , actual dose of Elemental Mg well below mimimum effective dose
I went through some research , the mimimum effective dose for an audult is around 300mg of ELEMENTAL magnesium , here 3 caps will only provide 72mg, highly below the effective dose unless to swallow 15 of them. This is a critical caveat , do not confuse like I did initially ELEMENTAL Magnesium from Magnesium Compound (eg the diluted version) Nice marketing play though... Supporting facts below: Mah & Pitre Systematic Review & Meta-Analysis (PMC Link: PMC8053283) This review summarized the 3 key RCTs. Looking at Table 1: Characteristics of included studies, under the "Intervention" column, it explicitly lists the doses as elemental: For Abbasi et al. 2012: "500 mg elemental Mg daily Administered as 414 mg MgO PO BID..." For Held et al. 2002: "729 mg elemental Mg daily Administered as an up-titration of 403 mg MgO PO daily..." For Nielsen et al. 2010: "320 mg elemental Mg daily Administered as 320 mg Mg citrate PO..." Conclusion: This primary scientific review, which forms the basis for many subsequent discussions, leaves no doubt that the dosages found in the key underlying clinical trials were measured in elemental magnesium. News-Medical.net Article: This article, when citing one of the key studies, states: "A clinical study indicated that a daily intake of 500 mg of elemental magnesium supplementation for eight weeks increased sleep duration..." Conclusion: This summary article explicitly uses the term "elemental magnesium" when referring to the effective dose found in a frequently cited study. Rise Science Article: This article provides context and defines the term: "...sticking to a maximum of 500 mg of elemental magnesium (the actual amount of magnesium in a supplement that is available for absorption by the body) a day to minimize side effects." When citing the studies covered by the Mah & Pitre review, it uses the figures known to be elemental (e.g., "older adults with insomnia took 320 mg to 729 mg of magnesium"). Given the explicit definition used elsewhere, the context strongly implies elemental amounts. Dr. Wu's recommendations (e.g., "200 to 400 mg of magnesium glycinate") are also almost certainly intended as elemental, as is standard practice when discussing specific doses of chelated minerals where compound weight varies greatly. Conclusion: This article explicitly defines "elemental magnesium" and uses it as the standard measure for dosage limits, confirming that the study dosages discussed are elemental.
