These pills are way easier to take than the powder. They don't taste great so you want to have a drink ready immediately but that's ok. My dreams are more vivid too. Helps with digestion and made my skin incredibly clear. I used this in my regiment to clear my acne and rosacea. I did two things. 1. I took haritaki every day. Iykyk 2. Twice a day I used "witch hazel with rose water toner" on my face. while damp I mixed together and applied medicube pdrn peptide pink serum and viktairy 10.000ppm concentrate bakuchiol drops and immediately applied to my face. It's been 7 days and my face is clear of all acne and my rosacea has subsided by 90%. I still have a bit of redness but it's so little I have no insecurities about going outside without makeup. Very good, it helps with dream recall and just overall clarity. Easy to swallow, unless it turns sideways. 😅 Not sharp, just uncomfortable. It's taste is strange, but nothing to bad. I felt no stomach upset.

I have more vivid dreams, but are very hard to swallow as they are not coated and absorb every bit of moisture making them stick to your tongue or mouth instead of going down the hatch.
