Awesome!
We love this cooling pack. My husband had an injury that required 3+months of icing his knee. His mom loaned him several packs and this was his favorite by far. It may seem like it’s not cold but it actually provides just the right amount of cooling.

Kind of odd, but OK I guess. Was looking for ice pack. Heat, not so much.

Not worth the money! Broke!
So disappointed! I really liked this, and used it to wrap around my shoulders when I had been sitting at a desk all day. However, the last time I used it, I had put it in the microwave for 45 seconds like usual, and when I took it out the beads had all fallen out everywhere and there was a little hole in the fabric where all of the insides were spilling out! I Tried to duct tape it back together, but it won't stay on, and I wouldn't be abel to put it in the microwave after that. Super disappointed in this, total waste of $20.
