Have bought the blue bottle sleep aid from Costco for a long time. Never gave much thought to all the acetaminophen that came with each dose. Not great for the liver. Decided to try this out. Works great. When it kicks in, you'll be out. At $9 a bottle, it's a steal. Highly recommend.

These sleep aids gave me restful sleep the very first night. I used to sleep for two hours be awake for two hours staring at the ceiling but with these aids I get sleep for three hours roll over and sleep for the rest of the night. I would recommend them highly they do what they say they do.

I take two per night about an hour before I go to bed. They seem to work opposite from melatonin.. They don't help me fall asleep, but they help me stay asleep, Where melatonin helps me fall asleep, I would not get enough sleep... Now wondering if I should try both at the same time....lol

For the past few months my sleeping schedule has been absolutely awful, could never stay asleep and most of the time wouldn’t sleep at all. This product has basically saved my life. Not only does it work extremely well it keeps me asleep. I wake up and feel refreshed and ready to go, no morning grogginess.

I ordered these because Unisom was out. I have to say, I don't feel like these work as well. I definitely don't stay asleep and it seems to take a while to kick in. Maybe it's me, but I won't order again.

These always work quite well for me. Just make sure you don't eat before bed and take one. Within 20 minutes or so I'm off to sleep. Not tired after a good 8 hours. I like these better than Benadryl for these reasons.
