Finally found a safe and effective way of dealing with Aphids. Also we’ve had an influx of Ladybirds which do a brilliant job as well, which we have never seen before presumably because the other stuff we used to use wasn’t ’insect friendly’ Can’t praise the the two products enough!

Takes a little more work than some of the chemical treatments available, as more frequent applications are required to keep pests at bay, but it's natural and doesn't impact other wildlife. Have had best year for nature in the garden (weather permitting) and this is the only solution that has got my woolly aphid issue, on the cooking apple tree, under control.

I recently purchased horticultural soap and neem oil. Unfortunately the lid to the soap was broken when it arrived and a small amount had leaked out. I requested a replacement lid (I’d tried a few from other stuff I had under the sink but none fit) and I received one promptly with a nice freeby neem oil soap. Great products and great service too!
