I love my stasher bags. I have all sizes and shapes. I use this type for pocket liners, I keep my dogs treats (which tend to me oily) in these which act like pocket liners for my various fanny packs I wear. Works absolutely perfect in my two Wilder Dog ones.

Easy to clean in dishwasher. Very sturdy. Excellent relief from waste of traditional plastic baggies. Can withstand heat. Can be difficult to open but I attribute that to the fact that it is supposed to be leak proof. I did not have trouble with leakage but was not using often for liquids.

I hate throwing away Ziplock bags, which makes me absolutely love these Stasher bags. I don't have a dishwasher so I can't speak to how well they hold up in one, but they're fine when hand washed. I read one review that mentioned mold, but I've had nothing like that. I shake all the water out after I wash it, then leave it standing up on the counter to dry. I feel like if it molded, it would only be because it was left sitting in a damp, dark area for an extended period. Also, I put some pretty stinky cheese in one the other day, and the smell washed out fine. Five stars overall, and I know I'll end up buying more.

These are the only food storage bags we use anymore, and this is our favorite size. They are sturdy, easy to clean, last forever, and come in a variety of cute colors that the kids love to see in their lunch boxes. I’m gradually replacing all of our other reusable bags, including our gallon sized ones, with Stasher’s because the quality is far better than the other brands out there.

Great product, easy to keep clean and seals well. Best reusable snack bag I have tried. It's great that they are dishwasher safe.

I travel a lot for work and got so sick of all of the plastic bags I was going through. These are perfect for snacks on the go and are very durable. One hint about cleaning them: I read the other reviews about mold in the seal area and that's probably because they aren't getting fully dry. When I take them out of the dishwasher, I turn a long glass over and put them over the end of the glass (so they puff out and air can get to the sealing parts) and leave them there for a day so they dry fully.

This snack size stasher bag joins variety of other sizes in use at my house. The quality of this brand is consistantly excellent. Once sealed it's leak proof. I'm eliminating all other one use plastic storage bags with these.

If you have family members that are horrible about keeping track of reusable storage containers and bringing them back, then these won't be any better for you. But if they DO bring them back, these are a definite addition to your kitchen. Easy to use, easy to seal, they stay sealed in your lunch bag, and easy to clean. These bags do have a bit of stretch to them if you fill them with foods like carrots or celery - things that aren't super easy to smoosh or crumble. Like other silicone products, if you do wash this in the dishwasher, be prepared for it to develop this white, powdery look. We've used these silicone food bags for awhile now and have found that the best way to care for them is by hand washing. It helps stops the degradation of the silicone or prevent it from warping due to the heat of the dishwasher. I like that you can purchase a specific color or design for each person so that there's no mix-ups of which pouch contains whose lunch. I also like that I can use the various colors and designs so that if I use these to freeze something in, I know that the grey color is beef, blue is fish, etc. These silicone bags aren't cheap, but if you or your family frequently go through boxes of plastic bags then these are an option you should definitely consider. The initial investment can be high but for some the payoff will be worth it. Fewer plastic bags thrown out which is better for the environment. Fewer bags to wash before putting in with other plastic bags to be recycled. Much less chance of this silicone bag tearing versus a plastic bag,. You can boil, microwave, or freeze food in these silicone bags. The silicone meets European standards (which are higher than those in the US) for being BPA and BPS free.
