These spatulas are exactly what I was looking for! Very high quality…And they’re purple! They are silicone so they don’t melt like the plastic ones do. That drives me crazy. And they have just the right amount of spring to them; not too much. There is a nice variety of sizes which makes these very versatile. The wide one makes it easy to flip eggs and pancakes. The smaller one is perfect for removing brownies from the pan. Very functional but the color just makes cooking a little more fun.

These are not flimsy or floppy! The steel inner core gives them stability when stirring batters or flipping food items in the pan. I like that any food particles glide off easily during washing and the edges of each tool will not distort with heat. This would make a perfect gift for a bridal shower, housewarming or anyone who likes to cook.

I went on a crusade this year to eliminate plastic from my kitchen. I went stainless steel for my cast iron cookware but I needed something softer for my non-stick pots and pans. I researched this, even using AI to make sure I found the best option. This was it. European, medical grade silicon is the way to go. I was a bit concerned about them being manufactured in China but I read the company's statement on its manufacturing process and decided to go with this. I have had no problems with this at all. I toss them in the dishwasher to get clean and they come out spotless. They are the right size, and the right length for comfort and utility. They are rated to 600 degrees which covers anything I am going to cook. I am glad I went with this brand.

Estaba cansado de las "lenguas de gato" baratas del chino. Siempre les pasaba lo mismo: la cabeza de silicona se separaba del mango de madera/plástico, se llenaba de agua sucia y moho negro por dentro, y al final se rompían. Decidí invertir en estas DI ORO buscando una herramienta "profesional" e higiénica. Lo que me ha gustado (Diseño "Monobloque"): -Higiene total: Al ser una sola pieza de silicona inyectada, no hay juntas, grietas ni uniones. No hay sitio donde puedan esconderse las bacterias o el agua del lavavajillas. Son las herramientas más limpias que tengo en la cocina. -Resistencia al calor (315°C): No es broma. Me he olvidado una dentro de la sartén caliente mientras atendía otra cosa y no se ha derretido. Las baratas se deforman o sueltan olor a plástico quemado enseguida. Estas aguantan caramelo hirviendo sin inmutarse. -El "Alma" de acero: Por fuera son suaves (no rayan el teflón), pero por dentro tienen una varilla de acero rígida. Esto significa que puedes hacer fuerza para rascar el fondo de la olla o mezclar una masa de pan densa y el mango no se dobla. Tienen rigidez estructural. Lo que debes tener en cuenta (Dureza): -La punta: Los bordes son flexibles para rebañar bien los boles, pero el centro es bastante rígido. No son espátulas "blandiblu", son firmes. -Atracción de polvo: Como toda silicona de alta calidad, si las secas con un trapo de algodón que suelte pelusa, se les quedará pegada por estática. Mejor secar al aire o con papel. Consejo de Uso: -Huevos revueltos: Son la herramienta definitiva para esto. Al aguantar tanto calor y rebañar tan bien, nada se pega en la sartén. -Bote de "la última gota": La espátula pequeña y estrecha es mágica para sacar hasta el último gramo del bote de mayonesa, crema de cacahuete o mermelada. Se paga sola con lo que ahorras de comida tirada. Conclusión: Tiras a la basura todas las espátulas viejas desmontables y te quedas con estas. Son herramientas serias: higiénicas, indestructibles y seguras para cocinar a altas temperaturas. Vale la pena pagar la diferencia por la construcción de una pieza.

I've research kitchen utensils for several days, many many hours and I've found this brand to be the bees knees. a life time warranty on kitchen utensils is unheard of but I can see why, they feel solid and the silicone they use around the metal core is eu food grade which is the highest quality of silicone. Run these under hot water for only 5 seconds and they will be completely clean, food does not get stuck to them. There is nothing in my kitchen that can get hot enough to melt this type of silicone, I assume that goes for most kitchens. I just wish they made more products because I would buy them all.

This my favourite brand for spatulas etc quality is amazing and the colour is awesome. Use them basically every time I'm in the kitchen , they don't melt or burn but will shred it you use it to push food down into a food processor lol don't do that , learn from me lol
