bought this for a friend's bday and it is quite easy to do, easiest with a desktop computer to transfer photos. I did have issues with having to make certain voice notes mp4 but downloaded a app to convert voice notes. I haven't really tried video on it but using it as a slide show and having people say happy bday in the background is cool There is no way to really organize how you want the photos or voice notes to go. but this is a cool keep sake gift.

I should have listened to all the reviews about how the videos display properly. Honestly, it is not hard to upload. It’s trying to figure out how to make the videos work. No one has that kind of time to figure it out. If there’s a special way to make the videos display, then written instructions should have been included. But no instructions were included. None.

Got this to record birthday greetings for my Mother-in-law's 90th. Since we are on the other side of the coast, we were able to record personal greetings that she can watch over and over again. Very easy with a Window's computer. Use your camera to record the greetings, then attach the card via usb. Transfer pictures and images with drag and drop.

Product was 10/10 Dosent come with directions on how to attach the videos to the book … but I figure it out and once I did everything work out amazing and my friend loved the gift

Hard to figure out but once you do it's great! You have to drop your mp4 files into both the photo & video folders for them to show. Will be buying more.

This is great fun! I easily uploaded a Cameo video. I went to Cameo.com and had a celebrity make a personalized video. This is perfect to gift the video. It was so simple to upload from my computer. I can’t wait for my sister to open it for Hanukkah.

Still can't get the videos to play....such a frustrating experience! Anyone have any guidance?
