Bought this to make chicken gyros at home and worked perfect. Stainless steel made cleaning very easy. Just soak for a bit and scrub. If you want a great shine, just throw some baking soda, a little water and scrub. This is how I clean all stainless steal pans as well.3 different size skewers gave great options. I highly recommend this if the size works for you. Some need a larger pan but this was good for us. To avoid juice drying and sticking to bottom, you could also make sure that you keep some water in the pan.

One use and it was almost impossible to get the oil off the bottom. I do have an LG double oven so had to use the bottom one that’s bigger, and remove one rack and place it at the bottom. Pan does the job. No issue cleaning the skewer. Hopefully it lasts

This is a game changer for anyone who tried making Tacos al Pastor with bamboo skewers stuck into a potato! This comes with 3 different skewer sizes. It's easy to clean but I still spray it and the skewer before use. I just wish the pan was a bit wider. But overall, I love this pan! Highly recommend!

Worked great cleaned up easy

I purchased two different gyro skewer pans from different sellers. They arrived the same day and my plan was to load one with marinated chicken thighs, the other with a whole pineapple.When I opened the two packages and compared the quality, this one was noticeably inferior. The skewers were thinner and this pan seemed lighter.I forged ahead, gave it a good wash, screwed the medium sized skewer onto the base, and proceeded to load 10 chicken thighs onto it. It looked great! I picked it by the side handles to carry it to the oven and I heard a pop. The skewer nut had come undone from the base! Thankfully, I didn't lose the meat. I switched the meat to the other pan. Rehashed thus one, and am going to return it.I've seen other reviews about tach welding the nut back on, but I have no way to do that. Nor should I have to. What a disappointment!

I recently found a recipe for Gyros that is outstanding. Cant find authentic Gyros in SC.WELL finding this oven spit, I can make gyros and other things.👍🏽I would recommend this item if you're looking to use your oven like your grill 👍🏽

Really great quality and I love the 3 skewer size options. Much less expensive than the Trompo King and works just as well. The Trompo King skewers are a different thread size FYI.
