Suffer from IBS and these have helped
If you have a hard time getting 30 grams of fiber each day like almost every human on the planet, try these. I take 3 a day for a total of 23 grams of fiber and then make sure I eat something to get an extra 7 naturally. With IBS these have kept me regular and create less pain. I’ve already recommended to my mother in law. Taste like berry dot candy, much easier to take than the powers mixed in drinks. No sugar too so great for dietetics.

The jury is still out.
I must start saying the flavor is pretty good. No bad aftertaste and easy to chew. On the flip side, my first bottle came one gummy short and I haven’t seen any changes. I eat super healthy, regularly exercise and drink water. I thought these might make a good add on to my vitamin routine and help in the digestive area (which is a problem for me, sorry for oversharing :) but so far nada, nothing. Bought a second bottle to give them more “time” but I’m going through it and I gotta say if I don’t see any change by the end of this bottle (which would be a 60 day period) I won’t be buying anymore. Will update the review when done with this bottle but it’s not looking promising. Update: Second bottle gone and no effects. Will not buy again :(

I'm 4 years VSG... Fiber is a necessity for me and this has been the beat by far. Alsi tasty enuff to fill like a lil treat at the end of the night.
