I’ve found Dona Glucosamine to be effective in supporting joint comfort and mobility. After consistent use, my knees feel less stiff and daily movement is easier. It absorbs well and doesn’t upset my stomach, which is a big plus. The only drawback for me is the taste—it’s not very pleasant. Still, the benefits outweigh that minor issue, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for reliable joint support

This is a great product. I've been taking several brands of Glucosamine for a long time, and after taking this product I am pain free for the first time in a long time. A Cleveland Clinic physician told me that this product, for a reason he couldn't tell me, is the one that works best; which is why I tried it. He's right. I ordered this January 1, 2013 and it is now January 11th. I live in Cleveland and ordered it from American Wholesale because they say it ships fast and they ship from New York. First they gave an incorrect ship date, and then a week later they finally shipped and I still don't have it. DO NOT ORDER FROM AMERICAN WHOLESALE. It now appears that their claim that they ship fast from New York is inaccurate. False advertising. It now shows that some other company is fulfilling this order.

I used this after I was diagnosed with early osteoarthritis in my left hand. I'm only 35, but my hand deteriorated so rapidly and severely that I had trouble bathing and getting dressed. I wanted to try glucosamine sulfate, and I chose Dona because results were proven in clinical trials. I am thrilled with this product. After only two weeks I had NO pain in my hand. It was amazing. Now I've been taking it for three weeks and I have nearly full mobility. This stuff is awesome and I plan to keep taking it. Highly recommended for arthritis. The only drawback is that it's expensive, especially since the directions suggest taking it every day for 3 years! I wish insurance would pay for this because it works like a charm.

I have been using DONA for over a year and it is helping me. I had tried other glucosamines but they were not effective. My rheumatologist suggested I try DONA because it is the only glucosamine product that has scientific tests behind it that have shown it really can reduce inflammation and restore cartilage. I have a cripple knee from rheumatoid arthritis and both my doctor and me have noticed significant improvement. I can straighten my leg more and I don't walk with as much of a limp. I prefer the capsules that come in a bottle but when you can find them, they are very expensive. For several months I had been buying them online from Walgreen's for $18 in the sealed packs were you have to press each capsule out of the foil. They come out very easily; it's just a little time consuming and not as handy as the bottle. I saved one of my old bottles so when I receive my packs I take all of them out at once and put them in my bottle. However, it is time for me to reorder and the $18 deal at Walgreen's is not showing up. The cheapest I have found so far has been $29 and change on Amazon, for a month's supply (60 pills). Would love to know if anyone finds a deal!

I have been taking glucosamine sulfate for almost 20 yrs; almost exclusively PhytoPharmica's brand. I have also used SynFlex "liquid" gel, which definitely works, but I'm less likely to take a liquid supplement on a regular basis. I find it's easier to take all my supplements in pill form. I was looking for a 750 mg (instead of 500 mg) glucosamine sulfate & ordered PhytoPharmica's version, but unlike the 500 mg capsules, these were horse pills & too big for me to swallow. [I highly recommend PhytoPharmica's 500 mg CAPSULES, which are much smaller]. After reading reviews here, I ordered DONA. The order arrived within 2 days, as promised. THESE PILLS are EASY to SWALLOW! They are SMALL and COATED so they go down easily. If you have trouble with large pills, then get this brand. I could not find any other 750 mg small pills or capsules out there. Yes, they are expensive, but my joints are worth it.
