I make sandwiches very frequently and I always look for some healthier sauce options. So, I tried this Garlic Vegan Mayo which was just perfect addition to my sandwiches. It tastes something smooth, garlicky and I love adding garlic stuff to my meals. So, yeah if you like some garlicky mayo you can just go for it. Good work and thanks Boombay for such healthy option.

I really loved Boombay Sweet Mustard, so I was excited to try this. However, it was pretty bad tasting. First it hasn't emulsified, so when you open the jar, it is split and curdled looking. I gave it a good shake, and that helped somewhat. But the flavor is really unbalanced. It has a strong garlic flavor, but nothing else. It needs salt and seasonings to balance it. The overall recipe needs a lot of work. I like the concept, but it just needs to be improved. It is inedible in this form. I tried in a sandwich, and the whole sandwich was put in the bin because of the mayo. I did use it to make a dressing, and I was able to add ingredients with it to make a decent dressing, but it took a lot of work tweaking the flavors. So as a mayo, it isn't edible. But as a base to make a dressing or sauce, it has potential depending on your cooking abilities. If you don't want to spend the time making your own creation, then I would not bother buying this product.

I tried Garlic Vegan Mayo in a classic veg grill sandwich and it was perfect. It spreads well on a bread gives a perfect mix of garlic and nutty flavour.

You won’t exactly get the taste and feel of a mayo because this vegan mayo is nut and seed based. However it does serve the same purpose and works very well in my sandwiches and sometimes a salad as well. Its has no additives or preservatives and is super healthy. Strikes a good balance between health, taste and functionality

Absolute banger and now a permanent fridge item.!!!!! This garlic vegan mayo has no business being this good. Opened the jar just to taste and suddenly my sandwich, fries, roasted veggies, and even leftover rice needed it. Creamy, punchy garlic flavour, zero oily weirdness. It feels indulgent but still clean, which is rare.

I usually use a lot of vegan alternatives, but this one is just weird tasting. Would much rather just make any fresh chutney than use this strange tasting vegan mayo.

Never knew garlic could have a thick and delicious taste, love how every ingredient feels cohesive and set well with each other.
