He had a knee injury a few years ago and works a physically strenuous job. He also snowboards a lot. After long days, his knee starts to hurt him and he has to rest and ice it. I watched a video on how to use this tape to wrap a knee and did that for him before he went to work. He said he definitely noticed the added support and is looking forward to being able to wrap it for work often. It stayed on well for him throughout the day and didn’t peel off. One roll is an awesome hot pink and the other is flesh colored for the days you want to be more subtle. The tape is uncut, but has a grid pattern on the back which helps you measure the length you want. I trim the edges to be rounded which helps the tape stay on, square edges tend to catch things and the tape peels off faster. I'm new to using ktape and is it much more supportive and comfortable than I expected. I think for someone like me, who doesn't want to spend too much money to try it out, this is a good set to buy.
