A completely natural smokey wooden scent that only adds to the mood, rather than distract.As described, and mostly depending on the burner used, I was seeing about 25-30 minutes of total burn time per stick. As you might expect, the thinner, coreless sticks produce a bit less smoke than bamboo core options.
