What to say, mixed reviews, item arriving rolled up, first impressions were of concern. But, this has made sleep so much more comfortable, combined with a support strap over the neck part of the strap I am in much more comfort. I could always sleep in any position with the mask but light sleep, I would wake and move frequently and usally wake up with numb arms or a stiff back. This pillow has erased all of that, I am now tracking much more balanced sleep, a natural flow between REM, light and deep sleep consistently. I went for the standard white one, I think I will buy another to be honest.

I honestly expected this to be another pillow gimmick. 'What the heck,' I thought, 'I'll give it a try because it does describe itself as softer than most other memory foam cushions out there.' I prefer softer pillows. My bad neck prefers softer pillows that I can mold to suit my support needs. I recently got a CPAP machine, as well as home oxygen. It took a bit of getting used to, but I'm glad I stuck with it because I find it extremely comfortable. It helps take the pressure off the side of my face, and even when I'm just wearing my nasal cannula not my CPAP mask it helps quite a bit. With my CPAP mask I can put my hand flat against the pillow without it pressing into the mask. The mask straps are still pressure points, but you're never going to stop every single pressure point, however, this certainly reduces them enormously. I can put a normal pillow case over the pillow for easier cleaning, and I find I can still use the hollow areas even then. Is it value for money? I'm on the fence a bit. I don't think it's terrible, but then again, it works perfectly for me for I'm okay with the cost. I might even purchase another one to keep in my go bag in case I need to go back into hospital for any reason. That way I know I've got something comfortable with me at all times. As a new user of CPAP therapy, I found a standard pillow uncomfortable and it tended to knock my mask off. As others have mentioned, this one is comfortable, provides all the necessary support and has a space for my mask to rest. It seems to be of good quality and fits pillowcases I already have. I guess, like anything of this type, only time will tell if it provides good value but for the moment, I'm happy with it.

As a side sleeper using a CPAP machine, I have to say that this pillow. genuinely changed things for me. Before this, I was constantly fighting my old pillow and mask leakage, and neck pain were the norm. This pillow's design is genius. It’s has supportive memory foam, and the cutouts for the CPAP mask are what make the difference, they have completely eliminated air leakage and pressure issues. I have sleep improvement, and have gone from waking up multiple times at night (and struggling with my mask) to sleeping a solid 6 or 7 hours. I am now waking up feeling rested. ​It has also helped with my panic attacks, lying down used to trigger my anxiety, but this pillow provides a feeling that it seems to calm my nervous system right down. The instances of nighttime panic have dropped dramatically since I started using it. This has drastically improved my CPAP experience, and my health, and my rest routine. If you're a side sleeper using CPAP and struggling with anxiety, I think you will find this worth every single penny.

Best pillow ever

So far so good, after 3 months use It's definitely the best CPAP pillow I've had to date. It's good value, good quality, quite comfortable and stable and it carries an extended trial period. I am not keen on memory foam CPAP pillows because I've wasted time and money on several that were either too soft and restrictive or too hard and painfull but this one feels about the right density and surprisingly comfortable. The fact is that CPAP masks are an extremely uncomfortable but neccessary evil and you will never achieve the recommended full nights natural sleep (8hrs UK) wearing one especially if like me you are a heavyweight male side sleeper with OSA who changes sleeping position a lot. Using this pillow, most nights, I have managed to increase the blocks of REM sleep I get so for that reason it's well worth a try and for some it could be a lifechanger. TIPS: Follow the instructions that come with it otherwise you won't get full comfort. Ensure you centre your head on the pillow before going to sleep so you get best ergonomic support and the indents accomodate your mask. A standard pillow case fits the pillow but don''t use a very thick one as it may affect comfort. I prefer satin because it lets you glide and you get far less stubble snag.

Really unsure about this pillow, so far. There is the issue of no cover replacements (unless I just can't find them) but I'd guess a normal pillow case might work - haven't tried that yet though. I normally sleep with 2 pillows but I don't like them fluffed up, so usually quite flat. This pillow on its own is just right for me. I got it to see if it made a big difference when waring my CPAP machine. Well it does make a difference but it isn't a massive one. I sleep in all positions and I don't end up with my mask digging into my face when using this pillow - a plus?!!?

Found out I had sleep apnea but couldn't stop the mask from pushing of in the night, I love snuggling my pillows so i thought I wouldn't get on with this pillow but its great, you can turn over in the night and the dips stop the mask pushing away, nice and cool against the skin, no funny smell, firm but soft at the same time would highly recommend.

Depuis que j'utilise cet oreiller, mon masque nasal se déplace moins et je suis donc moins souvent réveillée. Je trouve qu'il maintient bien la nuque et les cervicales. Il est livré avec sa housse en tissu recouverte d'une housse en papier jetable qui permet de tester l'oreiller. Je suis très satisfaite de mon achat.

L’esperienza del sonno è estremamente personale, quindi giudicare un cuscino può essere in parte fuorviante: ciò che funziona per me potrebbe non essere adatto ad altri. Detto questo, l’ingegnerizzazione di questo cuscino mi fa pensare a uno studio attento e ben riuscito. L’altezza è piuttosto generosa e, almeno inizialmente, potrebbe causare un lieve fastidio cervicale; tuttavia l’obiettivo principale del prodotto è chiaro: favorire il sonno laterale affinché la CPAP possa svolgere correttamente il suo compito. In questo senso, il cuscino è davvero efficace. La maschera trova facilmente spazio in uno dei due incavi laterali appositamente studiati, riducendo pressioni e spostamenti durante la notte. Utilizzavo già un cuscino in gommapiuma con intagli simili, ma devo ammettere che questo modello in memory foam mi sta aiutando molto di più, sia in termini di comfort sia di stabilità della posizione durante il sonno. Nel complesso, un prodotto ben progettato e particolarmente indicato per chi utilizza la CPAP e dorme prevalentemente su un fianco.
