It really does taste like cantaloupe!! I can’t say it helps suppress the appetite, but it’s tastes great! I bought 2 more boxes and looking forward to great results!

I believe that the headache must be a food intolerance to one of the ingredients. I had the whole package, no negative reaction. The only drawback is for me it is pricy. The taste is refreshing. It is not a drug, so there is no pain relief obviously.
